We used NCAR/NCEPT anew analyze data and the method of bilinearity insert to fix on profile distribution of several physical field in the air on observation point and the stream field of 700hPa. We primary discussed the possible mechanism to influence aerosol size distribution.The atmospheric condition of 1000hPa~700hPa level had great influence on aerosol size distribution, and influence on coarse particle mainly below 850hPa level. The horizontal wind velocity of 925hPa level is a primary gene which contributed to coarse particles in the air. Vorticity profile especially below 700hPa level is a key gene to influence diffuse and convergence of local aerosol. The air vertical motion velocity greatly influenced aggregation and remove of aerosol particles. The vertical distribution of air temperature mainly influenced vertical transportation of aerosol.

利用NCAR／NCEP逐日再分析资料，通过双线性插值方法，确定观测点上大气中几个物理量的廓线分布；及700hPa的流场，初步探讨了影响大气中气溶胶粒子谱分布的可能机制： 1000hPa～700hPa的大气状况对气溶胶粒子谱分布影响显著，对粗粒子气溶胶的影响显著的主要集中在850hPa以下；925hPa的水平风速是影响大气中粗粒子气溶胶的一个主要因子；涡度廓线(尤其是700hPa左右及以下的涡度廓线)是影响局地气溶胶的扩散的一个关键因子；大气的垂直运动速度对气溶胶的聚合及移出影响较大；大气温度的垂直分布主要影响气溶胶垂直输送。

Methods: Randomly divided 80 cases with chronic cardia failure into two groups, regular therapy group and bisoprolol group with 40 cases per group. Regular anticardiac failure therapy, including cardiac and diuretic therapy, was employed to patients in regular therapy group; while the combined therapy of regular therapy and bisoprolol was employed to patients in bisoprolol group. Compared the heart rate, left ventricular diastolic dimension, left ventricular systole dimension, left ventricular ejection fraction before and after therapy and efficiency of both groups.

Recently, the gene therapy of glioma is developed rapidly and there are many methods about the gene therapy that include: suicide gene therapy, immunologic gene therapy, drug resistangce gene therapy, angiostatin gene therapy and so on. The sucide gene therapy is the most potential approach of antitumer, these nonmammalian genes encode enzyme that convert nontoxic prodrugs into highly toxic metablites. Cells transfected with suicide genes are targeted for specific negative selection, witch can be induced by administrtion of the corresponding produg. Among the enzyme/produg combinations, two of the best characterized system are herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase /ganciclovir and Escherichia coli cytosine deaminase /5-flourocytosine (5-FC). The formor can convert the antiviral nucleoside analogs acyclovir , ganciclovir to their nucleoside monophosphate derivatives, the monophosphate forms are subsequently phosphorylated by endogenus cellular kinases to triphosphates, these molecules are potent inhibitors of DNA synthesis.

Based on imaging technique, the shape measurement method and light scattering characteristics of static aerosol particles are investigated. The experimental apparatus is set up and the main effort is paid on the design of the scattering chamber and the optical fiber arrangement. objective:to investigate the present situation and features of infection of incisional wound after sesarean section,so as to find the best method in the diagnosis and prevention of incisional infection.methods:the patients undergoing cesarean section were investigated retrospectively for studying the basic features of incisional infection after operation.results:of 13798 investigated parturients after cesarean section,96 were found with the infection of incisional wound accounting for 0.7%.the main symptom was distending pain or jumping pain on the site of incision,the emergence time of symptom in major cases(78.13%) was 4 to 7 days after operation.the local therapy including drainage,ultraviolet rays or infrared rays irradiation and ultrashort wave therapy was the main method in concert with antibiotic treatment and support therapy.the antibiotic therapy was changeable,and albumin intromission was the main method in the general support therapy.

目的：了解剖宫产手术切口感染的现状特点，分析其感染原因，便于临床上更好的诊断和预防切口感染。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，研究剖宫产切口感染的基本特征。结果：调查产妇13 798例，其中切口感染96例，感染率0.7％，症状主要表现为切口胀痛、跳痛，78.13％出现在术后4～7天，57例产妇伴有发热，占59.38％；感染后治疗主要是局部治疗配合抗生素治疗、支持治疗，局部治疗以引流、紫外线或红外线照射、超短波疗法为主，抗生素的使用比较混乱，全身支持治疗以输入白蛋白为主。
