The project implemented a systemic investigation to the pupa period of wild silkworm comparatively, which from Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou provinces and so on. According to the investigation, the pupa dormant characteristic of Shaanxi wild silkworm was found, and the individual, which pupa period was more than two months was selected. Through the hybrid genetic analysis we found that the characteristics for a long period of pupa was controlled by polygene and genetic recessively and strongly influenced by environmental conditions at the same time. To compare the performance of pupa period of the pupa dormant wild mulberry silkworm, we designed different ecological conditions. The result indicating that the temperature is the main factor in the ecological impact, but the pupa period was extended at the same temperature conditions, indicating that the additive effects of the environmental factors.

本项目实施，系统调查比较了陕西、江苏、四川、重庆、贵州等省市的野桑蚕的蛹期经过，发现了陕西野桑蚕的蛹休眠特性，筛选获得了长达2个月以上的蛹期经过个体；通过杂交遗传分析，发现长蛹期特性表现为隐性遗传，受多基因控制，同时受环境条件的强烈影响作用；通过设计不同生态条件比较蛹休眠性野桑蚕蛹期经过的表现，表明温度是主要的生态影响因子，但相同温度的野外型条件下蛹期经过延长，表明受到环境因素的综合作用。

In this paper, firstly using natural fatty acids including lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid etc. and disproportionated rosin as starting materials, the acyl reaction of starting materials with SOCl_2 respectively, and then using Schotten-Baumann condensation: on the reaction conditions of alkalescence, condensation of acylchloride with amino acid (sarcosine, glycine, alanine etc.), and then acidification, saltation. A series of anionic surfactants of N-acyl amino: sodium N-fatty acyl sarcosinate (SFS-12, SFS-14, SFS-16); sodiun N-fatty acyl glycinate(SFG-12, SFG-14, SFG-16); sodium N-fatty acyl alaninate(SFA-12, SFA-14, SFA-16)and sodium N-disproportionated rosinoyl aminatewere prepared. During the preparation of N-acylamino acid, the reaction conditions of acylchloride with amino acid condensation were identified by optimizing the synthetic conditions of N-lauroyl sarcosine: mol ratio of amino acid to acylchloride 2:1, reaction taken place in a solvent composed by acetone/water 2:1, acylchloride and 20% NaOH were slowly added to the reaction mixture at the same time while maintaining the pH at 9~10, after completion of adding maintaining reacting for 2.5h at 25℃.

Comminuting the material to 0.28mm size is most fit to SC-CO: extraction.3 Firstly static extracting 20 min then turn to dynamic doing is the better extraction mode than other ones.4 The orthogonal experiment was conduct with 3 factors and 5 levers.

本论文通过对非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取中影响萃取效果的工艺条件的研究，初步得出如下结果：(1)本论文中所采用的萃取效果评价方法适宜于非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮的超临界流体萃取技术研究，该方法具体为：HPLC定量分析非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取物中的鱼藤酮含量，再结合萃取前后处理样品的重量损失，得出鱼藤酮萃取率、萃取所得粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量三个参数，以此三个指标综合评价萃取条件对萃取效果的影响；(2)通过对原料粒度对萃取效果影响的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆复叶中的鱼藤酮，原料粉碎成30目粒度叶粉时萃取效果较好；(3)通过对萃取方式与萃取效果之间关系的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮应采用先静态后动态的萃取方式，静态萃取时间为20min；(4)通过温度、压力和CO_2流量三因素五水平的正交试验，结果表明温度是最主要的影响因素，压力因素对鱼藤酮萃取率的影响程度高于CO_2流量，而对于粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量CO_2流量因素高于压力。

To analyze the experimental results, the four operating conditions that influence mean particle size and size distribution, filtration time and the rate of hydrolysis of titanyl sulfate solutions are evaluated, four fitting models between responses and its influence factors are obtained.
