Was simultaneously injected into cisterna magna at the second injection blood in the presence of subarachnoid blood. At 2 to 4 days, GFP was expressed in leptomeninges over the brain stem, cortex and cerebral arteries, smooth muscle cells of small vessels were occasionlly transduced. GFP was expressed in adventitia of spastic basilar artery on days 2 (day 5 after first injection blood) after injection 〓, but was undetectable by days 4, transgene was not expressed in medial or intimal layers. The prensence of subarachnoid blood can not prevent access of adenovirus to vessels and transgene expression.

注入腺病毒载体后2天（初次注血第5天）行荧光显微镜、免疫组织化学和RT-PCR检测，结果在颅内大血管如基底动脉的外膜可见外源基因的表达，而外源基因不能转移至血管中膜和内膜，4天时（初次注血第7天）基底动脉的外膜中外源基因表达消失；注入腺病毒载体后2～4天，外源基因可以有效转移至颅底软脑膜细胞，小血管外膜和平滑肌层也可见外源基因的表达，表明蛛网膜下腔内的血凝块不能阻止腺病毒载体介导外源基因转移至颅内血管。

The vein grafts with perivenous support by fibrin glue demonstrated a statistically decrease in neointimal and medial hyperplasia compared with non-supported vein grafts（p.01）. immunohistochemical analysis showed that the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen was inhibited significantly in fs group compared with ns group. almost intact endothelium was showed in fs grafts（p.01）. but in ns grafts there were severe endothelium damages where lymphocytes infiltrated. in ns grafts, the smooth muscle cells were hyperplasia and migrated to intimal, whereas in fs group, the hyperplasia of smooth muscle cells were inhibited and migrated to adventitia.

免疫组化结果显示与ns组相比，fs组移植静脉细胞增殖核抗原表达明显受到抑制；ns组内皮层损伤严重，有淋巴细胞侵润，而fs组内皮层则几乎完好无损（p.01）；在ns组平滑肌细胞增殖活跃且向内膜迁移，fs组平滑肌细胞增殖受到抑制，且向外膜迁移；在fs组移植静脉外膜有丰富的成熟微小血管网形成，但是在ns组，微小血管数量则非常少。

Results①The tunica intima and tunica media of the BVs were thin, the tunica adventitia was thick. No complete layer of smooth muscle was found in the tunica intima, the SMC with single elliptical or rod-shape nuclear, fusiform in shape and different in length, ran longitudinally and distributed unequally in the wall of BVs, intercrossed with each other, endothenial cell wasn't covered fully sometimes.

中膜未见完整平滑肌层，SMC呈梭形，大多呈纵切面，有的呈斜切面，不均匀地分布于管壁中；平滑肌纤维长短不一，相互交错排列，有时并不完全覆盖内皮细胞，细胞核单个，椭圆形或长杆状。

Results Cerebroedema appeared in all animals and they have some behavioral alterations. The meninges tighten, the brain swollen overtly. The adventitia of the brain arteries and the perivascular Virchow－ Robin space dilated irregularly. In some neurons both the nucleus and cytoplasm condensed, chromatin gathered near the nuclear membrane. Some other neurons appeared degeneration or necrosis. There was intracelluar edema of the astrocytes.

结果所有动物均发生脑水肿，表现行为异常，脑膜及脑组织肿胀、充血，小血管壁外膜及Virchow－Robin间隙增宽，内含大量水肿液，毛细血管基底膜肥厚，神经元固缩、轮廓不清晰或肿胀、坏死，胶质细胞增生、肿胀，硬脑膜表面凹凸不平、水肿明显。

Results: From the second days of the operation, the brain swellen overtly. RBC and phagocyte can be seen in the cerebral interstitial space. The adventitia of the brain arteries and the perivascular Virchow￣Robin space dilated irregularly. The neuronal number of hippocampal CAI sector decreased evidently. In some neuron both the nucleus and cytoplasm condensed, chromatin gathered near the nuclear membrane.

结果： 自术后第二天可见脑组织水肿，红细胞溢出及吞噬细胞浸润，小血管壁外膜及Virchow￣Robin间隙增宽，内含大量水肿液，海马CAI区正常神经元数量明显下降，且排列及不整齐，细胞皱缩，核固缩、深染，核染色质聚集，核周囊膨大，胶质细胞增生。
