应用HPLC-MS对冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品进行二级质谱定量分析，结果显示，冬虫夏草中I 、II、III、V四个核苷的总量介于2.473 mg/g～2.830 mg/g，V的含量介于0.850 mg/g～1.009 mg/g，与第二章高效液相的研究结果吻合（冬虫夏草四个核苷成分的总量大于2.50mg/g，V的含量大于0.75 mg/g）。
