The paper first investigated the history, present situation and existing problems of students'employment service system constructing in higher vocational college, realizes the views, suggestions and production by educational experts from both domestic and abroad, and then, based on consulting the general practice and evaluating the successful and failing experience of the graduates'employment service system constructing in the author"s school, combining with the history, present situation, existing problems and the relevant production, it put forward several suggestions on strengthening the students'employment service system constructing in higher vocational college: firstly, building college-department-class employment guiding framework; secondly, configuring high-test hardware and software establishments for employment guiding service; thirdly, setting up exact, rapid and perfectly serving employment guiding information system; fourthly, constructing a canonical, tridimensional, effective and convenient service market for students'employment guiding; fifthly, establishing a series of unitive and methodical policies promoting graduates'employment; sixthly, improving the talent training mode and showing the school"s feature; and finally, constituting and completing the employment guiding service's qualitative assessment system.
