Methods The expression and change of TF and TFPI were detected in the peripheral venous blood samples from 20 normal controls, and 78 patients with haematological malignancies—34 patients with acute leukemia, 12 with chronic myeloblastic leukemia, 12 with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, 7 with multiple myeloma, 6 with myeloproliferative disorders, and 7 with myelodysplastic syndrome, by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. After that, the correlation of TF and TFPI were analyzed.

选择正常对照组20例，恶性血液病组78例，其中急性白血病34例，慢性粒细胞白血病12例，非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤12例，多发性骨髓瘤7例，骨髓增殖性疾病6例；骨髓增生异常综合征7例。

Methods Magnetic resonance imagings of pelvis and femur were performed on 28 adult patients first diagnosed as acute granulocytic leukemia and 16 diagnosed as chronic myeloblastic leukemia based on morphology,immunophenotype and cytogenetic analysis. Twenty age-matched healthy volunteers were selected as controls. Results MRI of bone marrow in all patients were obviously different from those in controls.

方法搜集经细胞形态学、免疫学及遗传学分型综合分析确诊的成人初诊急性粒细胞白血病28例及慢性粒细胞白血病16例，所有患者均行骨盆及股骨中上段MRI检查，选取20名年龄匹配的健康志愿者作为对照组。

Results showed that urokinase at 20U/ml was the optimal concentration used. Fibrinolysis kinetics and plasma plasminogen concentration of 27 normal persons and 27 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia were detected, a significant difference was observed between the two groups. Repetition test showed that the coefficience of variation was 5.24±1.51%. This method could also be used to detect the concentration of plasma fibrinogen.

结果 初步建立了正常人纤溶动力学分析参数，确定了20U/ml尿激酶为最适试验浓度，检测22例正常人，27例急性髓细胞白血病患者纤溶动力学及纤溶酶原含量，显示患病组较正常组差异有显著意义(P.05， P.01)，重复性试验显示该方法的变异系数为(5.42±1.51)%，并可同步测定血浆纤维蛋白原浓度。
