In this research,the indexes relating to the quality of the fried oil,including the content of the ploymers,acid value,iodine value,saponification value,peroxide value,the content of the diglyceride,oxidation stability,viscosity,were detected.The results showed that with the frying time prolonging,the content of the polymers and viscosity increased greatly,iodine value and saponification value decreased,peroxide value and acid value increased,and the content of unsaturated fatty acid reduced,a little of diglyceride produced.

Methods The levels of serum Hcy, folate acid and VitB12 were measured in 169 patients with cerebral infarction and 110 normal controls. The condition of carotid arteries was checked by color dopper flow image in CI group. The relationship between the level of serum Hcy and folate acid, VitB12 and CAA condition were analysed. The change of serum Hey level was observed after intervention treatment of folate acid and VitB12 for 4 weeks in CI patients with hyperhomocysteinaemia.

Primary results are shown as followings:1. PH measuring results of soil solution and eluviation solution show that the ability of experimental plot the acid buffer capacity of soil is stronger under the experiment condition,there is no obvious acidification in soil which after acid rain eluviation.The result has substantial differences with that gotten by most of investigationers in similar work before.
