Flow injection fluorometry for the determination of carbamazepine in pharmaceuticals and plasmaA simple, sensitive and specific spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of CBZ. The method was based on lead dioxide solid-phase reactor flow injection on-line oxidizing CBZ into fluorescent product in medium of phosphoric acid. 二、流动注射在线氧化荧光法测定卡马西平的研究利用卡马西平自身无荧光，经过氧化后可转变为在最大激发波长为355nm，最大发射波长为478nm的强荧光物质，而且丙酮对该荧光体系有增敏作用的现象，应用流动注射体系建立了以醋酸纤维素固定化的二氧化铅作为固相反应器、在磷酸介质中在线氧化荧光法测定卡马西平的新方法。
