The toxicity of spent potliner is discussed in this paper according to the research on main constitutes,microstructure,tiny section components,ash content and hydrating reactivity of SPL. The result indicates that the toxicity of SPL mostly rests with its leaching toxicity,contaminates in SPL are mainly dissolving fluorides and cyanides,these contaminates mostly come from electrolyze which infiltrate into the potliner and cause erosion,contents of dissolving F— and CN— in SPL are far more than the permitted discharge in national standard. SPL, which seriously does harm to eco-environment is classified as hazardous solid waste and should be detoxified as soon as possible.
本文从废槽内衬的物相组成、微观形貌、微区成分、灰分、水化反应性五方面研究了废槽内衬的危害性,结果表明,废槽内衬的危害性主要在于其浸出毒性,毒害物质主要是可溶氟化物和氰化物,毒害物质主要来自于电解质对内衬的渗透、侵蚀,废槽内衬中可溶F—和CN—的浓度远远高于国家标准规定的允许排放量,因此废槽内衬被认定为固体危险废弃物,严重危害生态环境,必须进行无害化处理。

This thesis investigates the profile extraction and shape optimization on the result of topology optimization of planar compliant mechanisms. The main context includes the following work:(1) summarizing and analyzing the recent research status, some harvest and unsolved problems;(2) analyzing the conceptual design of planar path-generating compliant mechanisms and its mathematical model and tools;(3) Modifying the method of density contour as the method of profile extraction, and developing a method to optimize the density function in the profile extraction according to the requirement of the design of compliant mechanism;(4) developing a method to abstract the compliant mechanism into a form of links and joints by using the principle of connectivity on topology;(5) developing a method of shape optimization of planar path-generating compliant mechanisms, by representing the profile of the abstracted compliant mechanism as simple curves such as straight lines and arcs, establishing the models of the size optimization of the parameters of these curves, so that the compliant mechanism has a machinable shape;(6) At last, proving the feasibleness and effectiveness of the design method by making simulation design and validating it in FEA software.

In the space, according to the occurrences of unfavorable geological phenomena such as faults F5, f(subscript 42-9) deep fracture SL(subscript 44-1) and lamprophyre vein X, all of them can be treated as the boundary conditions for slides, potential instable blocks of slope on the left abutment are estimated which take on a wedge-shaped sliding model. In the sametime, through using three kinds of joint prediction methods such as statistic models and nonlinear models, judging from the shape of curves of deformation-time and their deformation velocities, it is found that the slope is at the state of slowly creeping to uniform deforming with a deforming velocity of 0.05 mm/d.

Design the structure of high performance Low-E film including its material and thickness of every layer according to basic optical theory. Carry out an innovative work to calculate its optical performance by characteristic matrices and optical admittance. Compare the results with those we get by traditional measurement.3. Prepare Low-E films with RF magnetron controlled reactive sputtering. The result shows that in the visible region (380nm-780nm), the highest transmittance is 82.4% while the average value is 75%. In the NIR region (780nm-2500nm), the average transmittance is 16.2%. These characters can fit the demand of the glass used in architecture and cars, and also in other applications.4. We novelly use the material Titanium as protective layer to solve the problem that Ag layer would disappear when depositing the second TiO_2 layer. As the protective layer, Ti does not increase the number of targets so as to lower the costs. The thickness of the protective layer Titanium is adjusted by controlling of sputtering time. Results shows the Low-E films get the best optical character when the sputtering time of Titanium is 20 seconds5. We novelly proposed a new transmittance quality factor Q=_·(?_-__ to evaluate the performances of Low-E films, which makes it easier to judge the qualities of Low-E film.6. The photocatalysis of Titanium dioxides is researched and introduced into Low-E films. Sb-doped TiO_2 thin films are prepared. Its photocatalysis and hydrophilicity are measured.
