MethodsThe resin suitable for separation of chromone glycoside was determined by static absorption experiment on seven different kinds of resins, and further more, the absorption and elution of chromone glycoside on the selected resin were studied by fixed bed absorption experiment. RESULTS Based on the epilepsy typing method and Video-EEG data,54pa-tients（42.2%）were diagnosed for epilepsy syndrome in the128child patients,including25cases of benign epilepsy of children with centrotemporal spikes,3cases of childhood ab-sence epilepsy,1case of juvenile myoclonic epilepsy,5cases of frontal lobe epilepsy,13cases of West syndrome and7cases of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.The types of epilepsy seizures in49（38.3%）patients were conformed,including10cases of tonic and/or clonic seizures,33cases of partial seizures,5cases of myoclonic seizures and1cases of atonic seizures.

The structure and stability of all possible isomers of C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S) were investigated by ab initio HF/3-21G calculations. The calculation results indicate that the preferred position for cycloaddition of SiH2, PH, and S on C50 is consistent, i.e. on the C3-C4 and C4-C4 sites of C50, and the resultant most stable cycloaddition isomers are [5,6]-closed and [5,5]-closed structures. The main driving force governing the stability of the C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S) isomers is the strain, or the conjugative effect, or the combination of strain and conjugative effect, depending on the addition positions and the types of the attacked C-C bonds.

Results 6 patients with PAP presented with ground-glass opacification of the bilateral lungs on HRCT. Typical chest HRCT scan showed "map-like" lesions in 3 cases and "cobble stone-like" lesions in 3 cases. Multifocal consolidative opacities in the lungs were seen on HRCT in 3 cases. Lung biopsies from 6 patients with PAP revealed a prominent positive periodic acid-Schiff intra-alveolar exudates. There were normal alveolar spetasis in 3 patients while interstitial thickening, fibroblast hyperplasia, interstitial fibrosis in the others.
