For Sn-9Zn-xCu solder alloys, the long needle-like Zn rich phase which is the mainly existing form of Zn in Sn-Zn solders is transformed into Cu5 Zn8 phase and fine Zn rich phase by the addition of 2% Cu, while CuZn phase and Cu6 Sn5 phase are formed in Sn-9Zn-10Cu bulk alloy. When soldering within short time under 260℃, the ripening and growth of IMC at Sn-xCu/Cu interface are accelerated with increasing Cu content in Sn-Cu solders.

It is revealed in the study that the heavy metal concentration of Pb,Cu,Zn in the leaves of urban trees (Sabina chinesis,Platycladus orientalis,Euonymus japonicus,Platanus acerifolia, Prunus cerasifera) is significantly related with the relative heavy metal contents in atmospheres of different urban regions of Yantai city, while no such relationship is found in heavy metal Cd, and that the heavy metal amounts of Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn in urban soils had no direct impacts on the heavy metal concentrations in leaves of urban trees.

The Ni and Zn-doped spiculate α-FeOOH were prepared by the coprecipitation method and citric acid method using FeCl2、Zn(NO3)2、Ni(NO3)2 and NaOH as raw material and spiculate α-FeOOH as intermediate. Then they successively were enwraped by citric acid complex of the Ni and Zn and heat treated to get spiculate nano-Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4. The particles size and slenderness ratio of spiculate nano-Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 were successfully controlled by the doped mass of Ni and Zn in the coprecipitation process.

Process and mechanism of electrodeposited Zn-Fe-Si02 composite coatings were studied, including some contents as follow: Potential-pH plots of Zn-H2O and Fe-H2O systems were drawn, and the thermomechanical analysis was made. Results showed that the region of zinc and iron's codeposition was wide, which provided theoretic basis for electrodepositing Zn-Fe alloy. But the balance potential of zinc was greatly different from iron's, so in order to make zinc and iron codepositing, some complexant must be added into electroplating solution.

SEM and XRD results showed that the bushiest ZnO nanoneedles can be obtained after using H_2O_2 pre-oxidization at the Zn/H_2O_2 ratio of 20mg/ml and themal oxidation at 650℃for 2h and ZnO nanoparticles at the Zn/H_2O_2 ratio of 2mg/ml, and the morphologies were evolved from nanoneedles to nanoparticles between the two Zn/H_2O_2 ratios.
