Part I: Characterization of the stability and biocompatibility of PLGA conduits.1 Artificial nerve conduits were successfully fabricated using two different copolymer ratios of PLGA(85:15 and 50:50)(lactide:glycolide).2 Degradation of PLGA(85:15) and PLGA(50:50) conduits were examined in vitro for 12 weeks in phosphate buffered saline at 37℃, pH 7.4 and in vivo for up to 8 weeks following implantation into the rat dorsal muscle.

结果显示：①体内外降解条件下，PLGA(50：50)管吸水率、失重率及生物降解率显著高于PLGA(85：15)管；②两种材料样品体内生物降解率显著高于体外降解率；③扫描电镜观察显示，随降解时间延长，材料样品表现为特征性的虫蚀样破坏并进行性加重，以PLGA（50：50）管尤为明显。

Methods: Foty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groops. Control groop was fed with normal diet for 10 weeks, model groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol diet plus normal diet; APS groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol plus 12.0mg/kg APS plus normal diet; Captopril groop was fed with 1.5% cholesterol plus 15.0mg/kg Captopril plus normal diet. After ten weeks' experiment, the concentration of each group's Triglyceride, Total Cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, C Reactive Protein, Nitric Oxide, Maleic Dialdehyde and Endothelin-1 were measured, so was the activity of superoxide dismutase.

Four weeks after operation, a large quantity of rosy newly formed bone and green bone trabecula were showed in the BG-COL-PS-HYA group. At week 12, scaffold materials was substituted by new bone tissues basically, and Haversian system was visible. Eight weeks after operation, the results of X-ray film revealed that cortical bone was fully connected.

Results: No fiber layer and inflammatory tissues around any inserted implants were founded. New-grown osteoid tissue appeared faster in Bio-Ti implants than pure titanium and matured bone tissues comprise bone trabecula and Haversian canals appeared in 6 weeks, while at least 12 weeks needed to form matured bone tissue in control groups.

结果：所有种植体周围没有发现明显炎症组织或形成纤维层，Bio-Ti种植体组新生类骨组织生长较快，并于6w时已形成含有骨小梁及哈弗氏小管结构的较成熟骨组织，对照组12w时新生骨组织基本成熟。

Results Compared with low-salt diet control group, the renal changes in CsA-L group were not obvious at the 2nd weeks, the urine volume and the level of BUN were remarkably increased in CsA-H group. At the 4th weeks, the urine volume was decreased; the levels of Crea and BUN were significantly increased and showed a significant positive correlation with the blood CsA concentration. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of renal tubular cells, hyalinization of small arterioles and the light renal interstitial fibrosis.

结果 与低盐对照组相比，药后第2周CsA-L组各指标无明显变化，CsA-H组尿量增多，尿蛋白降低，尿素氮升高；药后第4周时，尿量呈减少趋势，肌酐和BUN明显升高，且与CsA血药浓度呈显著正相关，病理表现为肾小管细胞空泡变性及小动脉和肾间质病变，CsA-H组各种变化较CsA-L组更为明显。

The weight was measured and the food intake was recorded every week. Fasting blood was collected to check total cholesterol in serum once every two weeks. The experiment was end in 12 weeks. Under anesthesia,the blood was collected from hypogastric aorta to check the level of serum blood lipid and the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase.

There was no rat which had the toxical manifestation such as active or motive abnormities and 3 rats died because of environment or others after the experiment of 12 weeks.

实验中分别测定治疗剂量组小鼠在用药4周，8周，12周后的肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；中毒剂量组小鼠在出现行为、动作异常，如改变姿势、叫声异常、不安、安静、震颤、运动失调、惊厥等中毒表现时，取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；致死剂量组小鼠发生死亡后进行组织病理检查；若12周实验结束时无小鼠出现中毒表现或死亡，则取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查。12周实验结束时，无小鼠出现动作、行为异常等中毒表现，有3只小鼠因为环境或其它原因发生死亡，病理检查结果正常。

Results In define induction envioroment, HPMSCS can diferentiate into lipoblast、after 2 weeks, the induced cells are full of lipid droplet;HPMSCS can differentiate into osteoblasts, after 4 weeks, we can see calcified tubercle in the cells, calcium in the calcified tubercle can be dyed black by Von Kossa and ALP dying is positive reaction above 95%.

结果 HPMSCS在培养基中持续培养后，在特定诱导环境下，成功使其向成脂肪细胞转化，培养2周时，可见融合成团的脂滴充满整个细胞；成功使其向成骨细胞转化，培养4周以上可见明显钙化结节，von Kossa染色可将骨结节中沉积的钙染成黑色，碱性磷酸酶染色呈强阳性反应达到95%以上。
