Methods The skeletal muscle stem cells were enzymatically isolated with collagen and dispase, and then purified by different adhesion time from 6 female SD rats. The purified cells were transinfected with adenovirus carrying lac-Z gene, and injected into the bladder neck of 6 autologous and 4 allogeneic rats.
