In this article, we studied some components in giant panda seminal plasma and their relationship with semen characteristics.The protein bands were separated by SDS-PAGE, platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase activity and glutamic-aspartic aminotransferase activity were detected by ELASE and chymic colorimetry respectively. However, there was no relationship was found between the abnormalprotein bands appeared in several samples and semen characteristics in our experiment.
