Reductive conversion of geraniol to citronellol is adopted as a model reaction, and several factors in the reaction are discussed using gas chromatography method. The influence of n-hexane and butyl acetate, as organic solvents, on biocompatibility was studied; the influence of methanol, ethanol, glycol, n-butanol and 1-hexanol, as energy substance, on the transformation efficiency was compared, respectively; the catalysis capabilities of Baker's yeast, XST-KO yeast, LP yeast, alcohol yeast, dry yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Angel yeast and Meishan yeast were discussed. It has been proved that biocompatibility of n-hexane are much better than that of butyl acetate, and the hexane has been demonstrated the most effective in terms of the influence on biotransformation, Baker's yeast has shown the highest tranformation efficiency among the eight yeast strains.

This paper studies the main geometrical parameter such as angle, height, width, stagger and the upper width in dentation and trapezoid flow path, firstly, uses the single-phase numerical simulation of the computational fluid dynamics technique to analyse the influence of different geometrical parameter on discharge coefficient and flow state exponent of drip emitter. Secondly, uses the two-phases numerical simulation of CFD (1% sand content ) to analyse the influence of the above mentioned geometrical parameter on the contribution regulation of sand and anti-clogging performance. Thirdly, uses the PIV ( particle Tracking Velocimetry ) technique which can see the small-scale flow path to observe and test the trajectories and velocities of solid particles in labyrinth flow path, and analyses the basic factors which can influence the movement characteristic of solid particles and the flow state in flow path.

The influence of high temperature and high pressure on foaming agent's properties in opened and closed system, and influence of the change of foaming agent's properties on foaming capacity and foam stabilizing capacity are also studied. The multiple regression theory is used to establish the quantitative characteristic functions of foaming agent versus temperature and pressure. Based on the Gibbs Principle, the quantitative characterization is carried out on relation of foam system's free energy versus its surface tension, surface area and concentration, and the analysis of energy concluded that the disintegration of the foam is inconvertible. At the same time, the influence of change of foam's shape and structure on distribution of reservoir temperature and pressure is qualitatively described, and the coupling mechanism between temperature field, pressure field and chemical field is systematically expounded.

Firstly, the 3D solid model of the analyzed object is built directly in the FEM software ANSYS 8.0 without using other CAD software. The influence of the side sizes of solid elements on computing results and the influence of coupling ways between different parts on the modal parameters are researched by simply modeling. And a new connecting method about joints in ANSYS is proposed and applied to finite element modeling of the test-bed for spindle system. Furthermore, several different computing techniques for modal parameters extraction are compared in solving the finite element model of spindle system test-bed. Many modal solutions are also done to achieve the relationships between the whole or part stiffness value and computed modal parameters. The laws about joint rigid parameters" influences on modal parameters are discussed by means of altering their values for conjoint parts. And by changing local rigid parameter values, the different location selections" influence on computed modal parameters is also studied.
