30 Wistar rats were fed by fat milk of 1ml/100g. After three weeks adipositas Wistar rats with high levels of TC, TG and LDL, and low level of insulin sensitivity index were selected from 30 Wistar rats. T2DM model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of STZ, 30 mg/kg.
