METHODS: The acute pancreatitis model was induced by retrograde injection of 50 g/L sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct in SD rats. Forty-eight mas-culinity SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: the sodium taurocholate group and the operational control group. The serum amylase level and the histol-ogical pathologic changes of pancreas were measured at different time point in each group. The expression of pancreatic CINC protein and mRNA were determined by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative reve-rse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, respectively.

采用向胆胰管逆行注射50 g/L牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠SAP模型， 48只♂SD大鼠随机分为手术对照组和SAP组，分别检测各组不同时间点血清淀粉酶和胰腺组织病理学改变，用免疫组织化学法和半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测胰腺组织中CINC蛋白和CINC mRNA表达的变化情况。

Histological observation was performed. Results The peak of serum CINC concentrations occurred 3 h after reperfusion with the difference between the groups with and without ONO-5046 being significant. Expression peak of CINC mRNA in the pancreatic graft occurred 3 h after reperfusion with the expression level in the ONO-5046 treated group significantly lower than in the ONO-5046 untreated group. The activity of MPO in the treated group was obviously decreased as compared with in the untreated group.

The changes of MDA in the plasma, CINC/IL-8 and NO in the serum, MPO in the skeletal muscle were studied at the end of ischemia and 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h during reperfusion.

Mthods: The serum levels of IL-15 were measured by a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 47 severe hepatitis B patients and 20 healthy subjects.
