本文通过复习2197例SLE临床及实验室资料，分析各项目发生的异常率、早期表现率和对诊断的特异性，结合国内具体情况和多数学者的经验，综合分析拟定SLE评分诊断标准，并编成计算机诊断程序。经223例非SLE和92例SLE病例资料验证，其特异性为91.9％，敏感性达95.7％。

The major symptoms of SLE are the following: butterfly shaped Malar rash particularly on cheeks, discoidal rash, Photosensitivity, regular oral ulcers, nonerosive Arthritis, Pleuritis or Pericarditis, renal disorder, neurologic disorder, hematologic disorder, immunologic disorder, Anti-nuclear Antibody Test positive. Patients who are present any four of above symptoms can be clinically classifi-ed as SLE patients.

Objective To detect the expression of CD70 in peripheral T lymphocytes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and the effect of azacitidine, an inhibitor of DNA methylation, on it. Methods Blood samples were obtained from 10 patients with active SLE （SLEDAI score ≥5）, 10 patients with nonactive SLE （SLEDAI score 5） and 10 normal human controls.

Results The frequency of CD70+CD4+ lymphocytes was 14.55%± 5.49% in normal control group, 85.25%± 14.08% in active SLE group, 77.65%± 18.77% in nonactive SLE group, and 81.54%± 8.71% in methylation-inhibited group. Compared with the normal control group, a significant increase was observed in both the frequency of CD70+CD4+ lymphocytes （all P 0.01） and the expression of CD70 expression （all P 0.05） in other three groups.

结果 正常人外周血CD4+CD70+ T淋巴细胞阳性率为14.55%± 5.49%，活动期、非活动期SLE分别为85.25%± 14.08%和77.65%± 18.77%，甲基化抑制组为81.54%± 8.71%，与正常人对照组相比，活动期、非活动期SLE患者和甲基化抑制组CD70+CD4+ T淋巴细胞阳性率均明显升高（P 0.01），其外周血T淋巴细胞CD70 mRNA表达水平亦明显增加（P 0.05）；SLE患者外周血CD70+CD4+ T淋巴细胞阳性率与SLE疾病活动度呈显著正相关（r = 0.72，P 0.05）。

In this paper,we designed to investigate the frequencies of tumor necrosis factor receptor 2(TNFR2)polymorphisms at nt587 and nt694 in south Chinese SLE patients and healthy individuals and explore whether genetic variants in TNFR2 gene is involved in the pathogene- sis of SLE.

Results 73 differentially expressed protein peaks were found between SLE patients and normal controls (P＜0.05), in which, 44 peaks had very significant difference (P＜0.01). Detection model of protein mass spectrometry (10542 Da m/z and 2554 Da m/z) was set up by ZUCIPDAS software with the discriminate rate and accuracy rate as 100%, which could distinguish the sample from SLE and normal persons. 10542 Da protein expression peak missed in SLE might be the mixed protein fragments peak of HLA gene family, while the 2554 Da protein expression peak might be a SLE-specific unknown protein.

结果SLE患者治疗前与正常人比较，找出差异表达蛋白峰73个（P.05），其中44个峰有非常显著性差异（P.01），用ZUCIPDAS软件建立的蛋白质质谱检测模型（10542 Da m/z和2554 Da m/z）的判别率和正确率均为100%，可以通过以上两个峰将SLE与正常人区别开来，10542 Da SLE缺失表达的质荷峰可能是HLA基因家族相关的多个蛋白片段的混合峰，而2554 Da可能是SLE特异表达的未知蛋白峰。
