In our experiment 40 Wistar male rats were divided into 5 groups at random, asfollows: Contrast group (8, abbreviated as normal group), Adjuvant Arthritis modelgroup (8, abbreviate as model group), Dazhui electropuncture group (8, abbreviated asDazhui group), Mingmen electropuncture group(8, abbreviated as Mingmengroup),Feixue electropuncture group (8, abbreviated as Feixue group).

目的 观察依达拉奉对慢性缺血致血管性痴呆大鼠行为学及形态学的影响，探讨依达拉奉在治疗VD中的应用价值。方法实验分假手术组、模型组及都可喜对照组及依达拉奉治疗组，应用双侧颈总动脉结扎方法制备慢性脑缺血大鼠痴呆模型，观察各组大鼠的记忆功能及脑组织超微结构改变。结果缺血组水迷宫表现同对照组、都可喜组及依达拉奉组相比有显著差异(P＜005)，依达拉奉组与都可喜组相比未见显著差异。同时电镜观察结果也发现依达拉奉组及都可喜组与模型组及假手术组相比神经细胞病理改变较轻，且依达拉奉组线粒体及前膜突触小泡增多，代谢活动较都可喜组旺盛。结论依达拉奉可能通过减轻海马神经元的损伤来改善慢性脑缺血大鼠空间学习记忆障碍，证明依达拉奉对慢性缺血致VD大鼠具有治疗作用。

Methods］ninety femal sd rats,weight 230～280 gram,were rangdonmized into three groups: qiangguyin group,miacalcic group and control group.all rats were variectomized.after 10 weeks,the osteoporosis model succeed,the treatment group,contrast group were given qiangguyin,miacalcic respectively.the treatment group used qiangguyin everyday,1ml/g.the contrast group used miacalcic 0.72u/kg,everyday hyodermic.and 3,4.5,6 months after the treatment,kill 10 rats to explore.the neck of femur were cut and stined with masson golder trichrome for bone histomorphomemetric contrast group analysis.

方法］健康雌性sd大鼠90只，体重230～280g。随机分为3组，分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组，每组30只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模，10周造模成功后，开始给药，治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃，每日一次，每次1ml/g，对照组用密盖息，皮下注射，每日1次，每次0.72u/kg。空白组，不做处理。在给药后3、4.5、6个月每组各取10只大鼠进行检测，先测量体重，空气栓塞处死，分离股骨颈，获得股骨颈样本，经切片等处理后，显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。

Results: In acute experiment, there was no significant difference of body weight or organ indexes between the normal control and arsenic poisoning groups ; while the CH50 level, lymphocyte accruing rate, phagocytosis rate and macrophagocyte index in arsenic poisoning group were significantly lower (P.05 or P.01) than those in normal group. There was no significant difference of body weight or organ index between arsenic poisoning group and EXD (10 g) treated arsenic poisoning group, while CH50, lymphocyte accruing rate, phagocytosis rate, and mavrophocyte index were significantly higher in EXD (10 g) treated arsenic poisoning group than those in arsenic poisoning group (P.05 or P.01). In EXD (5 g) treated arsenic poisoning group, results of all the tested indexes were the same as those of arsenic poisoning group.

The treatment regimens of Trial patients who were randomized into control group (Trial-control group) were quite the same with the standard treatments of Nontrial group. There was no significant difference in median survival between Trial-control group and Nontrial group. The median survival of Trial group patients who were randomized into trial group was significantly longer than that of Nontrial group patients.

Electrophysciological indexes: in the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon,thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organella and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在术后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓神经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照组。

Get the neonate Sprague-Dawley rats medulla spinalis, through the conventional primary cell culture procedure, we use the method of difference adherence time and get the motor neurons of anterior spinal cord. When the neuron is in maturity, we make the mechanical injury model in vitro. All the models were divided into four groups: group A is control group; group B is 100μM ATP group; group C is 100μM ATP+20μg/ml suramin group and group D is 100μM ATP+10μM ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin group.
