Results Patients who had at least one abnormal result of liver function test accounted for 70.99% in untreated group and 61.07% in treated group. The most common abnormal hepatic function parameter in patients with thyrotoxic hepatic lesion was increased alkaline phosphate enzyme, which was 57.3% in untreated group and 51.0% in treated group. Abnormalities of alanine transaminase, aspartate transaminase, gamma-glutamyl tyanspeptidase and total bilirubin were 28.2%(37/131), 18.3%(24/131), 10.7%(14/131) and 21.4%(28/131) in untreated group and 21.5%(32/149), 15.4%(23/148), 4.7%(7/149) and 20.1%(30/149) in treated group, respectively. The possibility of thyrotoxic hepatic dysfunction was correlated with the patients' age and FT3 and FT4 levels, but not with the genesis and course of disease, sex, family history of hyperthyroidism, or levels of TGAb and TMAb. Conclusion Abnormal results of liver function test are commom in patients with hyperthyroidism.

ResultsCompared with group A and group C, significant increase in the levels of IL 8 and MDA and decrease in the activities of SOD and GSH Px were noted in group B （F=5.86-18.41,q＝3.15-7.17, P.01）; compared with group A, the activity of SOD and GSH Px was not changed markedly, the levels of IL 8 and MDA rised slightly but with no statistically significant. Mitochondria became vacuolated and deformed in group B, slightly swollen in group C.

Methods ①anti-inflammatory trial: 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, high-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group, middle-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group and low-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group(10 rats in each group).the rats in control group were given distilled water, and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule（4.0、2.0、1.0g/kg）, then enhance the capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats by using xylic acid,and the od numerical value was detected.

(1)抗炎实验：将40只小鼠随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及对照组各10只，补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别给予相应剂量的补肾利浊胶囊(分别为4.0、2.0、1.0 g/kg)，对照组给予蒸馏水，采用二甲苯酸致小鼠腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性增高，测定光密度值；(2)镇痛实验：40只小鼠分组及给药同抗炎实验，采用腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠出现扭体反应，纪录扭体次数并计算镇痛百分率；(3)抗前列腺炎实验：将雄性大鼠50只随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及模型对照组及正常对照组，各10只。

Results: 1. The value of all experimental indexes decreased significantly after heat stress, and reached the lowest at the time 2-8 hours after heat stress. This indicates that the immunity of the mice is damaged to the largest extent at 2-8 hours after heat stress. 2. L-arginine supplementation with appropriate dose could remit the acute atrophying of thymus and spleen tissue caused by heat stress. 3. After L-arginine supplementation with appropriate dose, the lymphocyte proliferation, the level of concentration of IL-2 and * expression of IL-2R raised in the group with room temperature; in the heat stress group the level of three indexs decrease significantly. Furthermore, the decrease of the group given 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine is the smallest. This result indicates that the concentration of 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine supplementation could remit the depressment of the immunity caused by heat stress. 4. The [Ca2~] in activated thymocytes of the group with L-arginine -2- supplementation is significantly higher than that of the group with water supplementation. This indicates that L-arginine supplementation could protect thymoeytes of mouse under heat stress. We also found that the fluorescence intensity of [Ca2~] in activated thymocytes of the group given 1 .Smglg.bw L-arginine is the highest.

结果：1、热应激后小鼠的各项免疫指标均有显著性下降，其中在2.8小时降到最低，提示在这个时间段小鼠的免疫功能受到最大损害；2、适量补充精氨酸有助于缓解热应激导致小鼠胸腺和脾脏的急性萎缩；3、常温组，补充适量精氨酸后小鼠淋巴细胞增殖活性、IL-2的浓度及IL-2R的表达均有显著性上升，而热应激后三指标均显著降低，其中在精氨酸给予浓度为1.5mg/g.bw时三指标的降低程度最少，提示该浓度可最大程度缓解热应激对小鼠免疫功能的抑制；4、补充精氨酸组的活化胸腺细胞［Ca~(2+)］较给水组有显著性上升，说明精氨酸对热应激小鼠胸腺细胞具有保护作用，并发现在精氨酸给予浓度为1.5mg/g.bw时活化胸腺细胞的胞浆钙离子荧光强度达到最大；5、热应激后小鼠血清NO的浓度均有不同程度的上升，补充精氨酸后血清NO上升更加明显，但并非随精氨酸给予浓度的增加而增加。

Methods:All the 40 Winstar rats were divided into four groups:group A:the rats were fed with normal diet,group B:the rats were fed with only high|cholesterol diet(no vitamin D3),group C:the rats were treated with one intramuscularly injection of vitamin D3(300 000 U/kg) and were denudated of endothelium,followed by high|cholesterol diet,group D:the rats were treated with 5% chitosan added into the diet besides treatment as group C.Ninety days later,the formation of atherosclerosis plaques and the activities of nitric oxide synthase in aortas in the four group rats were investigated.

It is concluded that bone marrow inhibition of hal group is more severe than that of nhal group. in aml,monocytic leukemia is easier to become into hal than other leukemias. in all,t-lineage antigens of hal group are more easily expressed than those of nhal group; the leukemia cells of hal group are naiver than those of nhal group,meanwhile the prognosis of hal is poor.

hal比nhal骨髓受抑程度更重，aml中单核细胞性白血病发生高白细胞性白血病的可能性高，all中hal比nhal更易于表达t系抗原，hal的白血病细胞较nhal处于更早分化阶段，同时hal预后不佳。

The difference of RAITA、PRT was no signific ance among 2 groups of hypertension, and was significanceP＜0.05）among 2 g roups of normal.
