Methods Thirty-two New Zeeland rabbits were randomly assigned into two groups as experiment group (n=24) end control group (n=8). Each rabbit in experiment group was given injection with 8.0 mg/kg of hydrocortisone acetate for two times per week, while rabbits in control group were given normal saline in same quantity. Serum glucocorticoid concentration, total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined respectively before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after treatment. Rabbits were sacrificed at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week. The rabbits, sacrificed at the same time point, were stratified into group A and group B according to the GC concentration, in an attempt to observe the rate of empty bone lacuna and glucocorticoid receptor expression in the soft tissue around hips.

32只新西兰大白兔随机分成两组：实验组(n=24)每周2次肌注醋酸氢化可的松注射液8.0mg/kg造模，对照组(n=8)每周2次肌注等量生理盐水各组于处理的0、2、4、6、8周抽血测定空腹血清GC血药浓度及而清总胆固醇、甘油三脂水平，并于第2、4、6、8周分批处死动物，将同批处死的实验组动物依据血清GC浓度分为A、B两组，观察股骨头的空骨陷窝率及髋周软组织中糖皮质激素受体的表达。

Methods White rabbits were divided into allergosis group and allergosis treated by steroid group. In group A, the model of allergosis was established by intravenous injection of horse serum twice at the interval of 3 weeks. In group B, the model of allergosis was also established by the same method as group A. After 2 weeks, group B was injected with prednisone at 45 mg.kg-1 for 3 days abdominally.

随机分单纯变态反应组和激素治疗变态反应组。A组采用分2次间隔3周给实验白兔iv马血清(10 ml.kg-1)建立变态反应疾病模型。B组采用与A组同样的方法，建立变态反应疾病模型，在模型建立后2周，连续3天腹腔内注射强的松龙(45 mg.kg-1)。

Results Fetal Macrosomia group: the rate of obesity is 9.4%, obviously higher than that of the contrast group, 2.03%(χ2=7.4715,P.01), the rate of overweight is 19.4%, higher than that of the contrast group, 3.3%（χ2=18.9434,P.01）;Fetal Macrosomia group: there is a remarkable difference in GLU, ALT, HDL, Insulin, and APN,（P﹤0.05~0.01）,There were marked differences in the aspects of body mass index, the level of blood grease,HDL, ALT, HOMA-IR, adiponectin（P.05~0.01） Conclusion: In adolescence of Fetal Macrosomia weight index, GLU, Insulin and ALT are obviously higher than that of the contrast group; the HDL ,and APN which has great protective effect to angiosclerosis is also absolutely lower than the compare group.

结果：巨大儿组：肥胖率为9.4%，明显高于对照组2.03%（χ2=7.4715，P.01）、超重率为19.4%，高于对照组的3.3%（χ2=18.9434，P﹤0.01）；巨大儿组：血糖、转氨酶、高密度脂蛋白、胰岛素、脂联素方面有显著差异，（P﹤0.05~0.01），结论：巨大儿在青少年期，其体重指数、血糖、胰岛素、转氨酶水平明显高于对照组，对动脉硬化有保护作用的高密度脂蛋白、脂联素明显低于对照组。

结果显示：⒈抑郁症患者神经内分泌异常率达到 59.4%；⒉抑郁症患者临床特征与不同神经内分泌轴具有相关性以下几点值得注意；① HPA 轴异常组抑郁症患者多伴有激越症状；② HPT 轴异常组抑郁症患者体重改变不明显，多伴有睡眠障碍、迟纯症状和焦虑症状，常出现自杀观念；③ HPG 轴异常组抑郁症患者多发于年龄偏大的女性，躯体症状多明显；④ HPA 轴和 HPT 轴均异常组抑郁症患者多伴有体重减轻和明显自责和迟滞症状；⑤正常组抑郁症患者多发于青少年，快感缺失症状明显。

Methods: Between November 2003 and December 2005, 67 patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (34 patients, group A) and open radical nephrectomy (33 patients, group B). Operating time, blond loss, amount of postoperative drainage, time to ambulation, recovery of intestinal function after operation, the postoperative hospital stay, use of antalgesic and transfusion blood and plasma were compared between group A and group B, retrospectively. Results: In group A, the operations of 31 patients were successful and 3 cases failed, then conversed to open surgery. Firstly, one case were not decented the prerenal fascia and the other two cases occurred complications, one case was due to injurying genital gland vein, with blood loss of 500m1, another fatty renal capsula was too thick to explose the renal pedicle. The operations of group B were all successful, only one case was died of intracerebral hemorrhage after two monthes.

回顾性分析和比较后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术(Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy， RLRN)34例与开放性肾癌根治性切除术(Open radical nephrectomy， ORN)33例，比较两种方法的手术时间、术中出血、术后引流、术后最早下床活动时间、肠功能恢复情况、术后住院时间、术后镇痛剂使用量、术中术后输血、血浆量、术后随访时间及手术效果结果：A组中1例因最初对解剖结构难于辨认，无法分离肾前筋膜至肾门而改行开放手术，1例因损伤精索静脉出血难以控制而改行开放手术，1例因肾周脂肪过多，无法将肾脏掀起显露肾蒂而行开放手术，31例手术成功。B组手术均获成功，1例术后2个月因大面积脑出血死亡，余均无瘤生存。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the effect of two kinds of nursing methods of male urinary incontinence patients to urinary tract infection and patient's comfortable influence of degree.methods 80 masculine urine incontinence patients in our hospital with voluntary will were chose,and divided them into the observation group and the comparison group,with 40 examples each.the observation group used bt-ⅰ high level chamber pot,the comparison group used the catheter.compared with 2 groups after nursing of the 3rd,7th,10th,14th day-long urethral meatus bacilliculture,the severance urine bacilliculture result and the urine road junction partial symptom.results compared the results of urine road and severance urine bacilliculture,and the urine road junction partial symptom of two groups,the observation group masculine positive rate was obviously lower than the comparison group,the difference had statistics significance（p.05）.conclusion using bt-ⅰ chamber pot can effectively enhance the nursing effect of the masculine urine incontinence patients'perineum and periphery skin,enhance the patients' degree of comfort.

目的 探讨男性尿失禁患者两种护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法本着患者及家属自愿选择的原则将入住我院的男性尿失禁患者80名分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组利用bt-ⅰ型高级透气接尿器，对照组采用留置导尿管，比较两组护理后第3、7、10、14天的尿道口的细菌培养结果及尿道口的局部症状。结果两组患者尿道口培养结果及尿道口局部不良症状比较，观察组阳性率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论使用bt-ⅰ型接尿器可有效提高男性尿失禁患者会阴及周围皮肤的护理效果，提高患者的舒适度。
