All the indexes were tested in 2 -. 4 .. 6 weeks of operative intervals respectively. Results:(1) The general observation in the experimental group ,such as spirit, hair, body weight and activity ,was superior to that in the control group.(2) The recovery rate of sciatic nerve functional index (SF1) was statistically significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group .(3) electrophysciological indexes: m the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon, thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organell a and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在木后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓种经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照纽。

Result The inhibitory effect on pulmonary metastasis of transplanted tumor were 46.36%, 32.73%, 18.2% in the Runing granule preparation group, warming kidney group, dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group respectively. There wasn＇t significant difference between Runing granule preparation group and CTX group （50.91%）. The expression of VEGF was dropped in Runing grannie preparation group and dispersing liver and promoting blood circulation group. The expression of TIMP-1mRNA was up-regulated in Runing Granule group and warming kidney group. The expression of MMP-9 was dropped in Runing granule preparation group and warming kidney group.

乳宁冲剂组及拆方温肾组、疏肝活血组对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤的肺转移抑制作用分别为46.36％、32.73％、18.2％，乳宁冲剂组作用与CTX组（50.91％）比较无显著差异；而乳宁冲剂组、疏肝活血组均可下调肿瘤VEGF蛋白表达；乳宁冲剂全方、温肾方可明显使TIMP-1mRNA的表达升高，MMP-9表达下降；对MMP-9／TIMP-1蛋白表达比值影响以温肾组下降最明显。

24H treatment group compared with 24h model group: the density of light of HSP70 of the group increased and which of TGF-β〓, is not different with the model group; the density of the light the HSP70 of the Baicalin group increased and which of it the TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Concha Margatitifera Usta is not different and which of TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Cholic Acid group is not different and the density of light of it of TGF-β〓 increased with the model group; the density of light of the Hefang Group is not different and which of TGF-β〓 is not different than the model group.

合方治疗脑缺血12小时组缺血脑组织TGF-β1光密度值较缺血12小时模型组无显著性差异（p＞0.05）。本实验结果发现，与单纯缺血12小时、24小时大鼠相比，药物干预组缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫反应明显增强，计算机辅助图像半定量分析两组间缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫阳性细胞数差异非常显著。说明药物对局灶性脑缺血损伤可能有一定保护作用，其机制可能与诱导脑细胞TGF-β1合成增加有关。然而，药物调控TGF-β1表达，其促TGF-β1表达增强的机制可能是这样的：脑缺血时TGF-β1mRNA表达增加可能与缺氧诱导神经和胶质细胞刺激生长因子表达有关。

METHODS: 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group, asthenic spleen group, high-dosage group and low-dosage group with 10 rats in each group, the asthenic spleen rat models were established in group B, C group as well as group D. 二整体动物水平上探讨心肌有效转染途径：以PLacZ为报告基因，将成年大鼠分为空白对照纽(生理盐水心包腔内注射后超声导入)；转染质粒心包腔内注射组及其阴性对照组：质粒+微泡+酶的混合物心包腔内注射，超声导入；转染质粒舌下静脉注射组及其阴性对照组：质粒+微泡混合液经舌下静脉注射，超声导入。

Methods: Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, TCM group Ⅰ, TCM group Ⅱ and western medicine group. In addition to the normal group, the other four groups were reproduced animal model of pulmonic fibrosis. The model group were given normal saline gavage, The TCM group Ⅰ given Feifltkang Mistura (1g/ml) gavage, The TCM group Ⅱ were given Fe4fukang Mistura (0.5g/ml) gavage, WM group were given prednisone gavage. Half of each group were taken blood to test in 28th, 56th day.

选择Wistar大白鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药Ⅰ组、中药Ⅱ组、西药组，除正常组外，其余四组均复制肺纤维化动物模型；模型组用生理盐水灌胃，中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别用高、低剂量肺复康合剂灌胃，西药组用强的松灌胃；各组分别检测血清相关指标。

(1) cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats'limbs motor function is variable. Acupuncture could promote lims'functional recovery.(2) PCNA masc cells is visible in cerebral ischemical semidarkness region. There is cell regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's PCNA expression, could profit injury recovery and functional reconstruction.(3) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, PCNA masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of injury, cell multiplication is weaken.(4) In cerebral ischemia semidarkness region, there is VEGF masc cells and regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could strengthen injury region's VEGF expression, could profit protection after injury and blood vessel regenerate.(5) In ischemia semidarkness region for the model group and acupuncture group, VEGF masc cells percentage of 14days group is lower than 7days group. Along with the recovery of semidarkness region, ischemia and anoxemia state is getting improved, and VEGF is reduce.(6) As there are PCNA and VEGF masc cells in brain injured region, we could conclude that, after brain ischemical reperfusion injury, there are blood vessel regeneration phenomenon. Acupuncture could promote blood vessel regeneration, recovery blood supply sufficiently and quickly, and promote the recovery of brain injury region.(7)The VEGF masc cells percentage of inhibitor group is lower than acupuncture group. It state that the effect of acupuncture promote VEGF is partly depend on the existing of eNOS.

实验结论：(1)脑缺血再灌注损伤后大鼠的肢体运动功能发生改变，针刺可以促进肢体功能恢复；(2)脑缺损伤区可见PCNA阳性细胞，存在细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区PCNA的表达，有利于损伤的修复和功能重建；(3)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区PCNA阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着损伤逐渐得到修复，细胞增殖现象减弱；(4)脑缺血损伤区可见VEGF阳性细胞，存在内皮型细胞再生现象，针刺可以增强损伤区VEGF的表达，有利于脑损伤后保护和缺血区血管再生；(5)针刺组和模型组14d时缺血损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比低于7d组，随着缺血损伤的修复，缺血缺氧状态得到改善，产生的VEGF减少；(6)由于脑损伤区同时出现PCNA阳性细胞和VEGF阳性细胞，前者是增殖细胞的标志，后者是促进血管再生的重要因子，可以推断，脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑内存在血管再生现象，针刺可以促进损伤区的血管再生，更迅速而充分的恢复损伤区的血供，促进脑损伤区的修复；(7)抑制剂针刺组脑损伤区VEGF阳性细胞百分比与针刺组相比有不同程度的降低，说明针刺促进缺血损伤区VEGF表达部分依赖eNOS的存在。

Materials and methods:Male Sprague—Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups as follow:Normoxia sedentary group,Hypoxic exposure group,Normoxia exercise group,living high training low group.the normoxia sedentary group lived in normoxic environment,hypoxic exposure group made hypoxic exposure for 12h in normobaric hypoxic tent(oxygen concentration 13.6%),Normoxia exercise group took 1h endurance exercise in normoxic environment at daytime,Hiho group was exposured in hypoxia at night after trained at daytime,the mode and duration of the both load were identical to hypoxic exposure group and normoxia exercise group.

The time of cornea diabrosis, metastases into cervical lymph nodes and lung, survival time and ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood were observed.RESULTS: The time of cornea diabrosis in GTVC group or GTV group was later than that in PBS group, but no statistical difference between GTVC group and GTV group. Metastatic incidence in cervical lymph nodes of GTVC group mice or GTV group mice was lower than that in PBS group 18 days after the model had been established. There was no statistical difference in metastatic incidence between GTV group and GTVC group.

将荷瘤模型鼠分为磷酸盐缓冲液（phosphatebuffered saline，PBS）治疗组，IL12基因修饰肿瘤细胞疫苗（gene modified tumor cell vaccine， GTV）治疗组及GTV 联合CpGODN治疗组；鼠荷瘤模型建立后的第3d及第10d分别在各组鼠结膜下注射30μL PBS，30μL（3.0×106个细胞）灭活的GTV及含20μg CpGODN灭活的GTV，进行角膜溃破时间、淋巴结和肺部转移瘤发生率、生存时间及外周血CD4＋和CD8＋T细胞比例的观测。
