Compared with the SM groups, the contents of CORT in blood are reduced in TKXLD groups on 11st, l6st and 21st. Compared with the SAT group respectively, the contents of CRH in Hypothalamus are decreased in TKXLD group on list and those in TKXLD group are increased on 16st and 21st.

Methods Medullary slices of newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were prepared for the experiment.
