Results The weight of tumor was reduced and the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was 36.83% in group B (P.05 compared with group A); incidence of metastatic carcinoma of lung was 100% in group A and metastatic nodules of lung were decreased in groups B and C (P.05 or P.01 compared with group A); lymph node weight in homolateral popliteal fossa and iliac periartery was lighter in group B and C than that of group A (P.05); life-span prolongation rate was 37.77% and 36.77% in groups B and C respectively and survival time did not differ much from that of group A.

Methods: the present study improved isolation of LDL, undertook one-step of density gradient centrifugation, generate E-LDL by treatment LDL with multiple enzymes, direct fluorescent label CRP and LDL, and investigate whether CRP play as intermedial mediator in atherosclerosis. Experiment consists of 8 groups: control group, N-LDL group, ox-LDL group, E-LDL group, CRP+N-LDL group, CRP+ox-LDL group, CRP+E-LDL group.

本研究参考文献改进LDL提取方法，通过一次性密度梯度超速离心，分离LDL，并且通过复合酶处理以及铜离子氧化法分别生成E-LDL和ox-LDL，并直接对CRP及LDL进行荧光标记，通过与内皮细胞共孵育，利用荧光显微镜检测CRP及LDL与内皮细胞结合，实验分为8组：空白对照组、CRP组、N-LDL组、ox-LDL组、E-LDL组、CRP+N-LDL组、CRP+ox-LDL组、CRP+E-LDL组。

RESULTS: FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were abundant in the maturative layer and hypertrophic layer, but only few FGFR1-positive chondrocytes were found in the proliferative layer. In the control group, the expression of FGFR1 increased from 6-week-old to 10-week-old rats, and then decreased and went stable. In both young and adult group, the expression of FGFR1 in the experimental group was significantly lower at 4, 6 weeks and higher at 8 weeks than that in the control group, especially in the young group (P.05). But no difference was found between the experimental group and the control group at 2 weeks in both groups. CONCLUSION: FGFR1 may play an important role in the remodling of condylar cartilage induced by occlusal disorders.

结果：FGFR1主要表达在大鼠髁突软骨过渡层和肥大层，增殖层很少；正常组大鼠髁突软骨从6周龄到10周龄FGFR1表达逐渐增强，10周龄后降低，并保持在一个稳定水平；成年组和幼年组实验4、6周时FGFR1的表达均显著低于对照组，实验8周时的表达高于对照组(P.05)，幼年组尤为明显，实验2周组与对照组无显著差异。

Moreover, the actual allele frequency of most varieties deviates far from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. All PPB、na 、I、h、Gi and Fst have proved to be the references to elucidate that ISSR is a most powerful tool to analyze genetic diversity, compared with the RAPD marker and the allozyme marker is less strong ordinally. We could divided the 70 samples into A, B, C, D and E five groups using three methods according to genetic distance clustering. There is a bit displacement for few varieties in different clustering maps, but the most are similar to morphological analysis despite that there is still a great difference among cultivars in the same one group. The above results imply that the three methods have the different sensitivity and resolution in genetic distance analysis of close varieties. The Mantel test indicates that the results from the three kinds of markers have the significant correlation, which demonstrates that the number of the used three kinds of markers is enough to exactly detect the diversity of all 70 samples to ideal extent. And these methods can be used to evaluate the diversity of the whole group using the miscellaneous samples instead of the individual sample, of the Gerbera jamesonii are mainly from tissue culture plants. In conclusion, the above study results provide a reference for the application of three kinds of molecular markers to molecular marker-assisted breeding of flower. 2. The genetic diversity among the eight introduced cut-flower varieties of Ranunculus asiatica was analyzed by the ISSR markers. Based on the genetic clustering tree, all the colorful flower varieties are clustered into one group, and the white flower varieties into another group. Moreover, among the former group the yellow flower varieties are clustered into one sub-group, and the reddish flower varieties, such as rose color, pink, nacarat, are clusetered into another sub-group.

由三种分子标记的分析结果可以看出，等位基因平均值、观察杂合度、Fis值、Fit值皆较高，表明非洲菊等位基因较丰富，杂合基因偏多，且绝大部份品种的实际等位基因频率在品种内偏离了Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium；PP8、na、Ⅰ、h、Gi及Fst皆表明，ISSR检测遗传多样性的能力最强，其次是RAPD，等位酶最低；根据遗传距离进行聚类，三种方法都把70个品种分成A、B、C、D、E五个大组，每一组中除少数品种发生位移外，大部份品种分类结果相似，且与形态分析结果有相似性，但在每一组中，品种间的聚类差别较大，表明这三种方法在近距离品种间检测遗传变异时灵敏度及分辨力不同；Mantel检测表明，三种标记的分析结果有显著相关性，表明所用的三种分子方法的标记数量已经可以相对无偏地检测到70个品种间遗传变异；非洲菊为组培苗，三种标记的检测结果皆表明，混合样品可以作为个体样品的代表，对整个居群的遗传多样性进行评价；这些研究结果可为三种分子标记方法在花卉分子辅助育种中的进一步应用提供借鉴。

RESULTS Plasma levels of IL-8, IL-10, MMP-9 were higher at 1 h, 4 h and 6 h aortic dclamping off in continuous ventilation and the nonventilation group, and IL-8 level were significantly higher in nonventilation group compared with ventilation group, IL-10 levels were significantly higher in the ventilation group than nonventilation group after 1 h and 4 h, 6 h, TIMP-1 levels were significantly higher in the ventilation group than that in nonventilation group after 1 h and 4 h.

Methods 120 SD rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group, Baoliezhi control group and Qianliening granule groups with different doses. The models were established with hypodermic injection of testosterone propionate at 4 mg/kg after orchiectomy, at the same time, these rats were gastric perfused with different drugs respectively for 30 days. The body weight, prostate weight, prostate index, morphological changes, the level of T and E2 were measured. Results The body weight in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P.05), the prostate weight and index were obviously higher than that in control group (P.01). The prostate weight and index were decreased significantly in Qianliening granule groups with meddle and high doses (P.01), the level of testosterone was increased significantly and E2 was decreased obviously in Qianliening granule group with high doses.

将雄性SD大鼠60只，随机分成空白组、模型组、保列治治疗对照组、前列宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组，采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射引起大鼠前列腺增生模型，连续给药30d后，观察6组动物体重前列腺湿重前列腺指数前列腺组织形态血清睾酮雌二醇(E2)水平的变化结果模型组大鼠体重较正常组明显减轻(P.05)，而前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显升高(P.01)；前列宁颗粒中、高剂量组的前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显下降(P.01)；前列宁颗粒高剂量组可明显升高大鼠血清T水平，降低E2水平，使T/E2比例升高。
