The drug release experiments in vitro indicated that with the increase of PLA molecular weight, the drug release rates decreased. 4ac releasing from 4ac-PLA-NP could be characterized by Weibull's equation. The interaction between 4ac and others compositions was not detected by DSC. The peak position of 4ac in DSC did not changed comparing 4ac with 4ac-PLA-NP lyophilize injection. Thc X-ray result showed that the peak of 4ac-PLA-NP was piled up between 4ac and other compositions.
