Methods 120 SD rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group, Baoliezhi control group and Qianliening granule groups with different doses. The models were established with hypodermic injection of testosterone propionate at 4 mg/kg after orchiectomy, at the same time, these rats were gastric perfused with different drugs respectively for 30 days. The body weight, prostate weight, prostate index, morphological changes, the level of T and E2 were measured. Results The body weight in model group was significantly lower than that in control group (P.05), the prostate weight and index were obviously higher than that in control group (P.01). The prostate weight and index were decreased significantly in Qianliening granule groups with meddle and high doses (P.01), the level of testosterone was increased significantly and E2 was decreased obviously in Qianliening granule group with high doses.

将雄性SD大鼠60只，随机分成空白组、模型组、保列治治疗对照组、前列宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组，采用丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射引起大鼠前列腺增生模型，连续给药30d后，观察6组动物体重前列腺湿重前列腺指数前列腺组织形态血清睾酮雌二醇(E2)水平的变化结果模型组大鼠体重较正常组明显减轻(P.05)，而前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显升高(P.01)；前列宁颗粒中、高剂量组的前列腺重量和前列腺指数明显下降(P.01)；前列宁颗粒高剂量组可明显升高大鼠血清T水平，降低E2水平，使T/E2比例升高。

Results After a median follow-up period of 8.5 years,bowel obstruction was a significant factor related to poor prognosis (log-rank test,P=0.03).Extensive necrosis(P=0.01) and perineurial invasion (P=0.03) were also associated with decreased survival.

Result: Porosis and inflammatory cell infiltration in the spinal cord, rupture of muscle bundles, hypertrophia and over growth of muscle cells and collagens, and inflammatory cell infiltration in the bladder wall could been seen under HE dyeing. Nissal dyeing showed the decrease of neurons at the injured segment, upper and lower segments of the spinal cord. Result of immunohistochemistry showed there were caspase-3 positive expression in all the segments. The injured spinal cord and bladder expressed significantly more caspase-3 positive results (P.0l), upper and lower segments were lower than the injured segments (P.01), but higher than the control team (P.0l).

结果：HE染色发现脊髓损伤后脊髓内空洞形成、炎性细胞浸润等病理学变化，膀胱壁中可见到肌束断裂、肌细胞肥大增生、胶原增生、炎性细胞浸润等病理学改变；Nissal染色显示脊髓损伤后损伤节段及其上、下节段均出现神经元数量的减少；免疫组化结果表明3组均有不同程度的caspase-3表达，损伤组脊髓和膀胱内膜caspase-3表达较正常组显著增加(P.01)，损伤上段及下段caspase-3表达较损伤节段为少(P.01)，但均高于正常对照组(P.01)。

Result The results indicated that the content of NO in liver, lung and skeletal muscle of high-dose group and in liver of middle dose group were significantly higher than that of control group and low-dose group (P.01). The content of NO in lung and skeletal muscle in middle dose group were higher than that of low-dose group and the control group (P.05). Results: The mean UI in Chongqing district were higher than proper iodide standard defined by international Council for control of iodine deficiency disorders,and the UI in HT groups were significantly increased compared with Con(P.05). The thyrocele and ophthalmopathy in AITD became more and severer accompanying UI increasing, the rate of goiter and endocrine ophthalmopathy in high iodide AITD was significantly higher than PI AITD( P.05).In the meantime, the positive percentage of TGAb and TPOAb also increased evidently in HI compared with PI(P.05).Cytokine IL-1?
