本文回顾性分析我科自2002年6月—2004年12月间将应用NP方案进展的晚期NSCLC患者改用TP方案治疗的34例临床资料，观察并比较该方案的疗效、毒副反应。1资料与方法1.1临床资料34例经病理组织学及细胞学证实为NSCLC，男性21例，女性13例，年龄35~78岁，平均年龄54岁；鳞癌20例，腺癌12例，腺鳞癌2例，Ⅲb期24例，Ⅳ期10

Results The response rate was 52.4% in patients with NP, 41.7% in those with VP, The main toxicity was myelosuppression including apparent decrease of white blood cells and platelets. The other toxicity included abdorminal distension constipations peripheral neuropathy (myalgia、peripheral neuritis) which were more severe in group of VP than those in NP group.

结果：NP组总有效率为52.4%(22/42)，其中完全缓解1例；VP组总有效率为41.7(15/36)，毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制，以白细胞、血小板下降较明显，其次为腹胀、便秘及末梢神经毒性，在VP组较为严重(P.05)。
