This paper introduces the software structure and real time process principle of real time NC system, according to the milling process character of NC system and the geometrical modeling method of computer simulation, presents a technique of subdividing roughcasts and data structures which applies to the computer simulation of the NC milling process; and in order to quicken the operating rate and enhance the reality of computer simulation, puts forward a logic algorithm of the 3D milling process of real time NC system which can display the effects of the computer simulation of 3D milling process of real time NC system dynamicly and efficiently in PC, such as the movement of tools, the elimination of materials, the shape changing of roughcasts.

刘景能，蒙艳玫（广西大学，530004）摘要：本文介绍了实时数控系统软件结构与实时工作原理，根据数控系统铣削加工的特点和计算机仿真几何建模方法，给出了适用于数控铣削加工仿真的毛坯离散细分方法和数据结构；为了加快处理速度和增强仿真效果真实感，提出了一种实时数控系统三维加工仿真的逻辑设计算法，即在单CPU机器单线程程序中使用普通软件循环和定时器模拟实现多线程，该算法可以在微机上动态显示高质量的铣削加工过程刀具的运动，材料的去除和毛坯形状的变化等数控加工三维仿真效果。

On this basic, we use intelligent decision technology based on case reasoning to NC cutting parameter decision and analysis. According the characters of NC cutting parameter decision, we take decision based on NC techniques rule, cutting case matching based on similar degree and cutting parameter correcting based on rules to design and realize system. Combining many field technologies, it makes a unique method to resolve NC cutting parameter problem. This design pattern is a new thinking for NC cutting parameter process.

在此基础上，本文将基于实例推理的智能决策技术用于数控切削参数的决策分析，根据切削参数决策判断过程的特点，分别按照基于规则的切削加工方案决策—基于相似度的切削参数实例匹配—基于规则的切削参数实例修正的设计思路进行了系统设计和实现，多个领域的技术紧密结合，形成解决切削参数难题的独特方法，开辟了数控切削参数处理的新思路。

Aiming at the key technology of numerical control, taking NC gear shaper as research object, some issues are studied in this paper.1 NC gear shaper YK5120 was developed.1 Three dimensional model of NC gear shaper is built, kinematics simulation and interference checking of NC gear shaper are carried out.2 Based on kinematic theory of multi-body system, the precision of gear shaper and the error of generated gear are analyzed and simulated.3 Applying finite element software, the natural frequency and mode of NC gear shaper are analyzed.

本文针对插齿机数控化中的关键技术，以数控插齿机为研究对象，做了以下研究工作：1 设计完成YK5120型数控插齿机机械结构；2 建立了数控插齿机的三维模型，并对其进行了运动仿真和干涉检验；3 以多体系统运动学理论为基础，对数控插齿机的精度和齿轮加工误差进行了分析与仿真；4 应用有限元软件，对数控插齿机的各阶固有频率及振型进行了分析。

Main works listed below as:1、Preparation and identification of polysaccharide antigen of L. pneumophila Bacteria of LP1 ~ 7,9 and 10 were cultured on yeast agar buffer activated carbon for three to five days at 37℃, 5%CO2. Protein-free polysaccharide antigens were obtained after harvest in cells, extraction, deproteinization, dialysis and other steps. Their immunogenicities were verified by ultraviolet spectrophotometer full-wavelength scanning and Western blotting.2、Preparation and identification of rabbit anti-LP1 antibodies and rabbit anti-LP5 antibody Rabbit anti-LP1 and anti-LP5 antibodies were purified after rabbits were immuned with antigens isolated as described above. The purities of both antibodies were above 80% and the titer of blood serum 1:32 tested by double antibody sandwich assay.3、Development of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay kit The size of colloidal gold particles in the kit was 25nm. The optimal concentrations for antibodies were 30μg/ml and the sensitized concentrations of NC membrane were 5 mg/ml.

主要研究工作从以下几个方面进行：1、LP1~7、9和10型多糖抗原的制备与鉴定将LP1~7、9和10型菌株分别接种在缓冲活性炭酵母琼脂培养基上，37℃、5%CO2的条件下培养，3~5天后洗下菌苔，经抽提、除蛋白、透析等步骤后得到基本无蛋白的LP多糖抗原，经紫外分光光度仪全波长扫描及Western blotting验证其抗原良好。2、兔抗LP1抗体和兔抗LP5抗体的制备与鉴定分别用LP1、LP5型多糖抗原免疫家兔，采用琼脂糖双向扩散试验检测，两种抗体血清效价均为1：32；饱和硫酸铵法提取抗体，SDS-PAGE检定其抗体纯度均达到80%以上。3、胶体金免疫层析检测试剂的初步研制采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备约25nm大小的胶体金颗粒；分别制备兔抗LP1抗体、兔抗LP5抗体的金标探针，两种抗体的最适标记量均为30μg/ml；选择适当孔径的微孔滤膜为载体包被两种抗体，NC膜包被浓度均为5mg/ml。
