Aims We investigated aerenchyma formation in stems of riparian plants Arundinella anomala and Salix variegate as affected by addition of ethylene and a-naphthalene acetic acid under non-flooded conditions in order to ascertain whether phytohormone ethylene and auxin are direct stimuli for aerenchyma formation in flooded plants.

为了探究乙烯和α-萘乙酸是否是水淹环境条件下植物体内通气组织形成的直接原因，对三峡库区岸生植物野古草和秋华柳在无水淹环境条件下施加乙烯利和α-NAA后茎中通气组织的形成情况进行了研究。

In this experiment,we studied the effects of different medium on the bulblet formation,condition of growth and rooting.

针对不同培养基对百合苗增殖情况、长势及生根情况等方面进行了研究，结果表明，在高无机盐浓度并附加高浓度BA和低浓度NAA的培养基上适合百合苗的继代培养。

The results showed that NAA at low concentrations 0.1~0.2 mgL^(-1 was more beneficial for root induction, the rate of rooting was up to 100%. 1/4MS was more suitable to deal with the plantlet rooting and form small bulb. The optimal ratio of IBA and AC for rooting was 2.0 mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC. The in vitro growth of plantlets were the strongest, and survival rate was 100% after incubating at 4℃ for 4 weeks when the diameter of bulblet was ≥9 mm.

结果显示；低浓度的NAA0.1~02mgL^(-1有利于根的诱导；生根率均达100%；大量元素1/4MS处理更适合试管苗的生根和小鳞茎形成；"IBA+AC"处理最佳组合是2.0mgL^(-1) IBA+0.1%AC；鳞茎直径≥9mm的试管苗去顶4℃低温冷藏4周；移栽后喷施1/2MS营养液；长势最好；成活率达到100%。

IAA was proved to be advantageous to producing more bulblets. The bulb scales treated by NAA could produce bigger bulblets. The propagation quotiety was inversely proportional with the bulblet volume.

Result The corm and scale were easy to induce the callus on the medium of MS+1. 0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L NAA, with the induction of 92% and 90% resp. and the induced callus was easy to differentiate.
