The aim was to analyze the function of gene by bioinformatics method. The physical and chemical characteristics, structure and function of Na(superscript +)/H(superscript +) antiporter gene TaNHX1 on the tonoplast membrane in wheat were predicted through analysis by the software from bioinformatics data base and internet.
