At last, all related problems due to ship type and towing speed influencing the quality of captured images and results were discussed. A ship model with V-shape bottom and protruding keel might cause some disadvantages for PIV measurements. The use of longer laser light ducts extending deeper is a possible solution. A ship model with light yellow paint will cause the unproportionate of light and will cause white background on captured images. It is suggested to re-paint the ship model in black or dark colors to solve this problem. In high-speed test conditions, a ship model's bow waves entrain large amount of air bubbles into water and those bubbles will block the view of camera causing some random black spots in the images. Thus, it is necessary to remove the useless black spot data and repeat the same test condition if statistics requires enough number of images.

Main points of this paper are as follows:(1) to explain emphatically and to prove the Jukes-Cantor Model, Kimura Model and the relationships of them;(2) to construct and to prove, using EM algorithm, the theorems of estimating best branches of DNA sequences having censored data for Jukes-Cantor Model under the conditions of rooted tree and unrooted tree respectively;(3) to construct and to prove, using EM algorithm, another three theorems of estimating best parameters of DNA sequences having censored data for Kimura Model under the conditions of rooted tree and unrooted tree.

On the basis of FER scale theory, this paper analyses the FER increase in China about the supply and demand factors. First, according to the Agarwal model,Jian Wu model and China's situation, a new moderate determination model is constituted. This model adapts to practical status of China. It is used to analyze China's 1990-2005 foreign exchange reserve. The result shows that foreign exchange reserve is excessive in the last few years.

首先，本文在界定外汇储备适度规模的内涵及主要影响因素的基础上，基于阿格沃尔模型和武剑模型及我国国情构建了一个新的适度外汇储备模型，并利用该模型对1990-2005年我国外汇储备规模的适度性进行了实证分析，得出近年来我国外汇储备过量的结论。

The main research results in this dissertation can be given as following:Firstly, the bidding strategies and affections of generation companies on the TOU power price are analyzed; Supply function model is employed to simulate the bidding strategies of generation companies in power pool. Some meaningful results are obtained through the proposed equilibrium equations model, when different bidding parameters are selected to maximize profit of suppliers, such as the the numeral of generation company, the block bidding, and power demand elasticity. Based on these results, the affections between the bidding strategies and the TOU power price are discussed.Secondly, the important principles consider the factor of bidding strategies of generation companies and consumers gaming strategies are proposed to constitute the new TOU power price model under present electricity market. Based on these pricinples a new mathematical model of TOU power price is constructed, to evade electricity market risk, partition the peak-valley, ascertain the consumers' response curve, and protect the ambilateral profits.Thirdly, the affections of the TOU power price strategies for reducing the network loss, adjusting node voltage, improving load curve of power system, and protecting the consumers' benefits in electricity market are analyzed with applications of a city real time load data of Jiangsu province.
