I served the first part of my sentence in several correctional work camps of mixed types (this kind of camp is described in the play, The Tenderfoot and the Tramp ). In 1946, as a mathematician, I was transferred to the group of scientific research institutes of the MVD-MOB (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of State Security).

我刑期的第一阶段是在好几个综合劳改营中打发时光的（这类劳改营正如剧本《重走的轨迹》中所描述的那样）。1946年，作为一名数学专家，我被转送到隶属国家安全部之内务部科研所的一个部门。

In 1946, as a mathematician, I was transferred to the group of scientific research institutes of the MVD-MOB (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of State Security). I spent the middle period of my sentence in such "SPECIAL PRISONS". In 1950 I was sent to the newly established "Special Camps" which were intended only for political prisoners.

我的判决中的第一部分是在混合营（这种隔离营应该用一出戏来形容，《新手与流氓》）当中进行一些改造工作。1946年，作为一名数学家，我被调往MVD-MOB的科学研究协会这一群体当中，我用这八年期间的中间一部分生活于"特殊的监狱"（SPECIAL PRISONS；《第一圈》）当中。1950年，我被送到了新建立的"特殊隔离营"当中，它仅仅指倾向于接受政治犯。

There is more than 140 staff in the company, including 25 certified cost engineers, 81 certified public accountants, 36 certified public valuers, and 6 realty valuers, the project cost consultation was all managed by computers. In June 2002, the company was chose through public appraisal as "Top-10 Project Cost Consultant Institution" in Hubei. In January 2003, it was chose as "Superexcellence Collectivity" in the whole country by Ministry of Construction.

公司现有员工140多人，其中注册造价工程师25人，注册会计师81人，注册资产评估师36人，房地产估价师6人，工程造价咨询全部实行计算机管理，规模和实力居国内同行前列。2002年6月，公司被评为"湖北省十佳工程造价咨询单位"。2003年元月，公司被评为"全国工程建设标准定额先进集体"，受建设部通报表彰。

After the cold war, traditional security and nontraditional security coexisted. The nontraditional security, such as financial crisis, network information crimes, natural environmental deterioration, illegal weapon business, and aliment spread and drug trade, was very urgent. That affected world security and regional stability.
