The results showed that the American shad fingerlings stopped opercular movement less than half an hour after anesthetia when the fish were exposed to concentration of MS-222 at 75mg/L, clove oil at 20mg/L and bezocaine at 40mg/L. The fish recovered to normal behaviors again after exposed in air for less than 10min when transferred into fresh water. The shad fingerlings had good anaesthesia for more than 12h at 20-30mg MS-222/L, 8-10mg/L clove oil and 20-30mg/L benzocaine. The anesthetic effects were enhanced at high water temperature and changed with fish sizes. Small fish were more easily in good anaesthesia than the bigger one in MS-222 while the opposite case was found in clove oil and in benzocaine.

摘 要］目的：探讨多发性硬化（muliplle sclerosis，ms）的mri特征表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾分析31例临床诊断为ms患者的mri检查资料。结果：31例共发现病灶184个，病灶于侧脑室旁白质区、半卵圆中心及皮层下区最多见，其次见于脊髓小脑、脑干及胼胝体，部分可见视神经受累，病灶呈卵圆形或圆形稍长t1、长t2信号，矢状位像见病灶与侧脑室垂直，急性病灶增强扫描有的可呈结节状、环状或斑点状强化。结论：在mri图像上ms有特征性表现，mri能反应ms病理变化，为临床诊断ms提供可靠依据。

All the compounds were isolated and identified from the bituminous coals for the first time, bis(2-ethylheptyl) terephthalate and 18-ethyl-17-(hexan-2\'-yl) docosanoic acid are new compounds.Further more, a Colourless Oil Liquid, a white acerate crystals containing some alkanes, a white tabular crystals consisting of some fatty acid esters and a white powder crystals in which some fatty acids exist were isolated and analysed by GC/MS for the first time.Through this research, a study method of"classification extract of bituminous coal- separation with silica-gel and gelatin column chromatographies- identification of the isolated compounds by FTIR, GC/MS, LC/MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR analyses"was established and proved to be a practical approach toward separable and non-destructive identification of some organic compounds in bituminous coals for coal chemistry research.
