Methods: We derived TILs from tumors resected from 5 cases of primary hepatic cancer. They were cultured in complete culture medium in which IL-12 (5pg/ml) was added in with or without IL-2(100U/ml).

Abstract］ objective to assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of prostatewith plasmakinetic technique and to improve the qualities of pkrp.methods the data of 273 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasiawere retrospectively studied baseing on the mastering of pkrp.the average maximum urinary flow rate,the average residual urinary volumeand the average international prostate symptom score were analysed.results pkrp was successfully performed on 273 patients.intraoperative blood transfusion was performed in 6 cases,no obturator nerve reflex,transurethral resection syndrome,permanent urinary incontinence occurred and no death cases occurred.the follow-up time was 2～26 months with an average of 5.63 months,postoperative average qmax increased to 15.9 ml/s,and ruv decreased to 16.0 ml/s and the average ipss was 9.compared with those of preoperation,the differences were significant.conclusion pkrp has superior tissue cutting function and hemostasis.it is suggested that transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate be effective and safe.

目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术的安全性与有效性，提高pkrp质量。方法回顾性分析273例良性前列腺增生患者pkrp资料，比较手术前后最大尿流率、膀胱剩余尿量及国际前列腺症状评分。结果 273例手术均顺利完成，术中输血6例，无闭孔神经反射、永久性尿失禁、经尿道电切综合征及死亡病例，随访2～26个月，平均5.63个月，qmax平均增至15.9 ml/s，ruv平均降至16.0 ml，ipss平均9分。与术前相比，各项指标均有明显改善。结论 pkrp具有良好的组织切割功能及可靠的止血作用，治疗bph安全有效。

The prewashed samples and postwashed samples were analyzed by seminal fluid assay.RESULTS:(1) The positive rate of semen HBV DNA was 21.05%(12/57) with 4.7810~4copies/ml on average; the positive rate of serum HBV DNA was 81.82%(45/55 with 2.3310~7copies/ml on average. There is positive rank correlation between semen HBV DNA copies and serum HBV DNA copies;(2 There were 7 positive cases in 21 samples before washing, the 6 cases except one were positive after washing;(3) there arepositive rank correlation between viability、round cells、 abnormal morphology and semen HBV DNA copies.

结果：（1）精液HBV DNA阳性检出率为21.05%（12/57例），平均拷贝数为4.7810~4/ml，血清HBV DNA阳性检出率为81.82%（45/55例），平均拷贝数为2.33(10~7/ml，精液与血清HBV DNA拷贝数等级间存在正相关关系；（2）21份用于洗涤的精液标本中，7份精液HBV DNA阳性，阳性率为33.33%（7/21例），洗涤后仍有6份标本阳性；（3）精液常规分析显示精子活力、圆细胞数、精子畸形率与精液中HBV DNA载量之间存在正相关关系。

Main works listed below as:1、Preparation and identification of polysaccharide antigen of L. pneumophila Bacteria of LP1 ~ 7,9 and 10 were cultured on yeast agar buffer activated carbon for three to five days at 37℃, 5%CO2. Protein-free polysaccharide antigens were obtained after harvest in cells, extraction, deproteinization, dialysis and other steps. Their immunogenicities were verified by ultraviolet spectrophotometer full-wavelength scanning and Western blotting.2、Preparation and identification of rabbit anti-LP1 antibodies and rabbit anti-LP5 antibody Rabbit anti-LP1 and anti-LP5 antibodies were purified after rabbits were immuned with antigens isolated as described above. The purities of both antibodies were above 80% and the titer of blood serum 1:32 tested by double antibody sandwich assay.3、Development of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay kit The size of colloidal gold particles in the kit was 25nm. The optimal concentrations for antibodies were 30μg/ml and the sensitized concentrations of NC membrane were 5 mg/ml.

主要研究工作从以下几个方面进行：1、LP1~7、9和10型多糖抗原的制备与鉴定将LP1~7、9和10型菌株分别接种在缓冲活性炭酵母琼脂培养基上，37℃、5%CO2的条件下培养，3~5天后洗下菌苔，经抽提、除蛋白、透析等步骤后得到基本无蛋白的LP多糖抗原，经紫外分光光度仪全波长扫描及Western blotting验证其抗原良好。2、兔抗LP1抗体和兔抗LP5抗体的制备与鉴定分别用LP1、LP5型多糖抗原免疫家兔，采用琼脂糖双向扩散试验检测，两种抗体血清效价均为1：32；饱和硫酸铵法提取抗体，SDS-PAGE检定其抗体纯度均达到80%以上。3、胶体金免疫层析检测试剂的初步研制采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备约25nm大小的胶体金颗粒；分别制备兔抗LP1抗体、兔抗LP5抗体的金标探针，两种抗体的最适标记量均为30μg/ml；选择适当孔径的微孔滤膜为载体包被两种抗体，NC膜包被浓度均为5mg/ml。

The capacity of the primary library was 5.0×105 PFU/mL and the capacity of the amplified library was 8×109 PFU/mL. Kurarinone group of 62 patients (M30, F32; age 43 a±s 9 a) was treated with kurarinone 200 mg, im, bid for 10-30 d and control group of 42 patients (M 22, F 20; age 43 a±7 a) was treated with 10% calcium gluconate 10 mL, vitamin C 1.0 g, 25% glucose injection 20 mL, iv, qd for 10-30 d.
