Result］Like most of C3 plants, the diurnal changes curve of NPR of Lonicera japonica Thunb. showed double peaks, but there were time difference in reaching the peak value between the study and previous ones. The responding mathematical model of NPR to photosynthetic valid radiation could be described by three mathematic functions , such as logarithm, linearity and binomial,but binomial function was more precise than the others. Light saturation point of Lonicera japonica Thunb. was figured out by binomial equation deduced in the study, and light saturation point was 1 086.3 μmol/(m2·s).

The stomas distributed on the upper epidermis hairs of Lonicera Japonica Thunb, Lonicera confuse and Solidago decurrens Lour, which could reflect the sunlight and decrease the transpiration to adapt the highlight and drought environment;(2) The leaf blades of Polygala japonica butt were fleshy, and the sunk stomas distributed on both the sunk place of the upper epidermis and lower epidermis, which help to water conservation.

结果：(1)忍冬、华南忍冬、黄花草下表皮均分布浓密的表皮毛，忍冬上表面中脉有少量表皮毛，黄花草上表皮分布有稀疏的星状表皮毛，忍冬、华南忍冬和黄花草的气孔位于下表皮毛间隙，这种结构可反射阳光和阻止水分蒸发，从而适应强光和水分不足的环境；(2)瓜子金叶片为肉质叶，上下表面均有气孔分布，并出现明显的下陷。

It detailedly describes wild resources distribution, biologic characteristics and ecologic characteristics. It has classified and selected a batch of superior trees according to the differences in fruits shape, fruits color, leaf shape and shape of the crown of trees. It has based on the nutrition and medication ingredient analyzed the using methods of fruits and leaves, and the way of exploitation.Through the experiment on Lonicera fragrantissima cuttage and breeding technology, transplant and domestication technology, it has provided the concrete technical measure of idioplasmic resources use and the preservation for Lonicera fragrantissima.
