This study is to evaluate the therapeutic effects of EChT comprehensively on rats with implanted liver tumor by alteration of imaging, pathology, apoptosis, cellular immune function and a series of cytokines, including IL-2, sIL-2R, IL-6, TNF-a before and after EChT. It is also the base of clinical research on therapy of liver tumor.
