In this paper, firstly, the embeddability of near-triangular graphs on the orientable surface is studied. By using Petersen's Theorem about 1-factor, we first prove that for a near-triangulation on the orientable surface, its geometry dual graph has a 1-factor; then after a procedure of operation leaded by the 1-factor, we show that if a graph G triangulates some orientable surface S_g, then G has a near-triangular embedding in S_h for h = g,g + 1,...,β(G/2」, where β is the Betti number of G. Hence we obtain a conclusion: A near-triangulation of the orientable surface is upper-embeddable. As a generalization, a class of near-quadrangulation is studied, and similar results are obtained.
本文首先研究了近三角剖分图的可定向曲面嵌入性质,通过运用Petersen关于1-因子的定理,首先证明了对于可定向曲面上的三角剖分图,其几何对偶图具有1-因子;然后在1-因子的导向下,通过做一系列增加亏格的手术,证明了如果一个图G三角剖分可定向曲面S_g,那么G可以近三角剖分可定向曲面S_h,这里h=g,g+1,…,「β(G/2」,β是指图G的Betti数,从而得出推论:可定向曲面上的三角剖分图是上可嵌入的,作为推广,又研究了一类近四角剖分图的可定向曲面嵌入性质,并得到类似的结论。

We optimized reaction system for labelling-antibody in which the optimal amount of the purified anti-Stx2B IgG conjugated with colloidal gold beads was 60μg/mL, the purified antibody for E.coli O157 was 57μg/mL, the optimal pH was 8.2, the size of colloidal gold partical was 20nm, the optimization of stabilizing agent was BSA, the optimization buffer was boracic acid buffer with pH 8.2, the optimization of preserving fluid and eluant was boracic acid buffer with pH 8.2 including 5mM NaCl-1%BSA, confining liquid for NC membrane was 0.01% PBST with 3%BSA, the amount of polyclonal antibody against E.coli O157 and Stx2 conjugated with colloidal gold beads for conjugate pad was 3μg respectively, the amount of anti-Stx monoclonal antibody for test line was 0.1μg and 1μg for E.coli O157, the amount of goat anti rabbit IgG for control line of both GICA were 1μg.

Studied on sensitivities of C. ellipsoidea to kanamycin , Chloromycetin , Hygromycin , Streptomycin and Geneticin (G418), the results showed that C. ellipsoidea is not sensitive to Km, Str and Cm, 600μg/ml km, 600μg/ml Str and 200μg/ml Cm can not inhabited the growth of C. ellipsoidea. However, it is fairly sensitive to Hm, 100μg/ml can completely stop the growth of C. ellipsoidea on solid media. We also found that C. ellipsoidea was highly sensitive to G418, 30μg/ml and 15μg/ml can inhabit the growth of C.

The results indicated that HDPCs'proliferation was inhibited significantly when they were cultured in DMEM with 50、100μg/mlLPS. Low-dose of Chinese nutgall water extracts( 1.25、2.5、5μg/ml) resisted the inhibitory effect of LPS to HDPCs'proliferation significantly .From the third day , the proliferation activity of HDPCs incubated with 2.5μg/ml Chinese nutgall water extract and LPS increased signicificantly in a time-dependent manner.
