Methods: QTc and QTc dispersion in 22 newboms with apnoea and 22 healthy newborns were detected by electrocardiogram mensurative system of Shanghai Huatai Software Engineering Limited Company.

采用上海华泰软件工程有限公司Cardio ExCN100电脑心电图系统12导联同步测定心电图对22例新生儿呼吸暂停患儿的QT间期和QT离散度进行检测，并采用仰卧位和俯卧位两种体位进行测定，并与22例同期正常婴儿进行对照分析。

Results: For normal living body. extensor hallucis longus was about (44±4.26)mm lateral to tibialis anterior muscle at the transverse striation of ankle,(2.00±2.22)mm lateral to the middle point of tarsometatarsal joint,(1.32±1.46)mm lateral to the middle point of metatarsophalangeal joint, and it inserted into the center of the base of distal phalanx with the range of (2.22±2.42) mm.

The results showed that myristic acid(14∶0) and linoleic acid (18∶2) were significantly increased,and positively correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB;while the levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA,22∶6),arachidonic acid (20∶4) and docosatetraenoic acid (22∶4) and stearic acid(18∶0) are significantly decreased, and inversely correlated with the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and apoB in patients with hyperlipemia.

结果表明：患者肉豆蔻酸（140）和亚油酸（182）明显增高，与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白－胆固醇和载脂蛋白B水平呈正相关；而二十二碳六烯酸（DHA，226）、二十碳四烯酸（AA，204）和二十二碳四烯酸（224）以及硬脂酸（180）明显降低，与TC、TG、LDL－C和apoB水平呈负相关。
