Methods:the preparation procedure of β cyclodextrin inclusion compound of pennyroyal was studied by orthogonal test with 3 factors: pennyroyal, temperature and time.the inclusion compound was proved by thin layer chromatography and microscope.results:the optimum preparation conditions for inclusion compound were established as :pennyroyal 2.5 ml ,inclusion temperature was at 50℃ and for 3.5hr.

用正交实验法研究配比、温度、时间三个因素对薄荷油β环糊精包合物的饱和水溶液法的制备工艺的影响，考察包合物的收率，并用tlc、显微影像验证包合物的形成。结果：最佳的工艺条件薄荷油2.5 ml，包合温度50℃，包合时间3.5 h。

During the preparation of AlOOH sol , Effects of peptizator, H2O/AL,hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature, aging time and composition were studied, it had been found that preparation period could be shortened by extending hydrolysis time. It was possibily because that , iso-propanol produced in the reaction could be volatilized when extending hydrolysis time, its harmful role to peptization process could be avoid in this condition.

The dissolubility of PPLA in water was (2.16～4.32)×10－2 mg·mL－1 according to eye judgment. The critical micelle concentration was 2.16×10－2 mg·mL－1 obtained from a fluorospectrophotometer. The self-assembled aggregates of PPLA in water were nanoscale spheres observed by a transmission electron microscope. The particle size and zeta potential tests by dynamic light scattering revealed that during preparation, the ratio of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, the aqueous medium and the pH had great influences; while dilution, freezing and pH change to basic condition had no effect after preparation, but pH change to acidic condition made the nanoparticles precipitate.
