The McAb titers of three hybridoma cells lines from ascetic fluid were 1∶6000, 1∶6000 and 1∶12000 by ELISA test respectively. The sensitivity of the McAbs was 102-103 cfu. The McAbs did not have cross-reactivity with any other bacteroides and clostridia.
