The contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni and Cr of the organs were measured by the method of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry in 6 cultivars of Canarium album Raeusch.

Raeusch fruit. Total phenolic content and phenolic compositions of Canarium album Raeusch fruit from Fujian area were analyzed by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry, UV spectrum and HPLC method.

方法］采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法、紫外吸收光谱法和HPLC色谱法分别对福建檀香橄榄果实中的酚类含量和酚类化合物组成进行了分析测定。

The results showed that,except for Ni in the seed, six trace elements existed in all the organs, including the young leaf, old leaf, stem, flesh, seed, stone and root, but the contents of these trace elements differed to some extent among different organs, trees or cultivars. The contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and Ni of all the organs in Canarium album Raeusch.

结果表明：除Ni在种子中未检出外，所测6个元素在橄榄新叶、老叶、茎、果肉、种子、果核、根等器官中均有一定的分布；各微量元素在不同器官、不同植株以及不同品种之间存在一定的差异。

The choiceness varieties of Canarium album were tested in three different places of Guangdong. The study researched the 3-4a trials after engrafting, the results were as follows:(1) The results of variance anaylsis indicated that there were highly significant differences in yield per plant and yield per crown projection area among clones, and the height, stem diameter and crown side were highly significant in some test sites. It showed that genetic diversity existed in yield per plant among clones, and selecting high yield clones were effective.

在高州市大坡镇、古丁镇以及茂名市八一林场三个试点开展橄榄优良品系扩大试验，嫁接后第3年及4年的结实及生长结果如下：（1）方差分析结果，无性系间单株产果量、单位树冠投影面积产果量均达极显著差异水平，树高、径粗和冠幅在有的试点达极显著差异、有的试点无显著差异，表明无性系间结实存在着真实的遗传差异，通过无性系测定选择的高产无性系有效。

Was studied by Folin Ciocalteu colorimetry. The results showed that polyphenol content of C. album could be well calculated according to their colorime tric absorption at 765nm by applying Folin Ciocalteu reagent 1.5mL and 10% Na2CO3 6 mL,2 h at 30℃ for colorimetric reaction, and the linear range of standard curve was 7-70mg/L.The method established was very convenient, stable and accurate.Key words: Canarium album Rauesch.;polyphenol;colorimetry

结果表明：橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL，10% Na2CO3 6 mL，反应时间2 h，温度30℃的条件下进行显色，并于765 nm处测定其吸光值，多酚质量浓度在7～70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系，根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定，该方法简单方便，稳定性好，准确度高。
