Nd(superscript 3+) can enter crystal lattices of ite and sphene. Sphene can immobilize Zr(subscript 4+), Al(subscript 3+) and Nd(subscript 3+); Zr(subscript 4+) and Nd(subscript 3+) replace Ca(subscript 2+), and Al(subscript 3+) replaces Ti(subscript 4+). Zirconolite can immobilize Al(subscript 3+) and Nd(subscript 3+) Nd(subscript 3+) replaces Ca(subscript 2+) and Zr(subscript 4+), and Al(subscript 3+) and replaces Ti(subscript 4+).

The results indicate seawater concentration has no effect on absorbency, pH, relative density, dry matter and water contents in Aloe vera leaves. While, seawater stress causes increased MDA and membrane penetration, decreased phytochroms, prolines and NO_3~--N. It is beneficial to plant growth when irrigation was done with 10% seawater, because of higher ratio of K~+/Na~+ and lower ratio of Na~+/Ca~(2+). In addition, the polysaccharide contents in Aloe vera leaves increase twice and triplication under 25% and 50% seawater irrigation respectively, the barbaloin contents increase over triplication in var. 75% seawater and over twice in var. 50% seawater and var. 100% seawater. However, when seawater concentration exceeds 25% the growth of plant was inhibited, biomass decreased, flowering time was deferred, Ca~(2+) content decreased caused by Na~+ accumulation in leaves.

结果表明：在海水胁迫下，库拉索芦荟全叶汁的吸光度、酸度、相对密度、总固形物和水分含量总体上受海水浓度的影响不大；但芦荟叶的丙二醛含量和质膜透性增加，叶绿体色素、脯氨酸和硝态氮含量减少；在10％海水浇灌下，芦荟叶细胞具有较高的K~+／Na~+比和较低的Na~+／Ca~(2+)比，对库拉索芦荟的生长有一定的促进作用；在25％海水和50％海水浇灌下，芦荟多糖含量提高了2-3倍；在75％海水浇灌下芦荟甙含量增加了3倍多，在50％海水和100％海水灌溉下，其含量也增加了2倍多；当海水浇灌浓度超过25％后，库拉索芦荟的生长明显受到抑制，生物量降低，抽苔期推迟，同时，海水浓度的增加也导致芦荟叶中累积大量Na~+，从而使得芦荟叶中Ca~(2+)含量降低，但Mg~(2+)并没有受到海水浓度的影响；用浓度低于75％的海水浇灌库拉索芦荟可以降低剖面深度在0-100cm之间的土壤盐度；其抗氧化保护酶中超氧化歧化酶的酶活力相对保持稳定，过氧化物酶的酶活力在10％海水浇灌下明显提高，随后则下降，而过氧化氢酶的酶活力则随海水浓度的升高而下降。

The main achievements of the project are as follows: 1 the hypothesis that a decrease in seed mass causes an increase in mean dispersal distance has been tested based on the experiments of weed dispersal by wind. The experimental results partly support the hypothesis. The results will help farmers to make an optimal strategy of weed control; 2 a statistic method for inferring probabilistic distribution function of a random variable has been developed, by which probabilistic distribution functions of weed species dispersal have been determined; 3 the reproduction structure of Bromus sterilis has been studied; 4 a more complex CA model with 25 neighborhood cells were built, which can simulate spread of a weed population. This work promotes developments in both theory and application of CA models; 5 the "mean law" in weed control has been proposed. Accordingly, the algorism of patch spring may be calibrated; 6 the "patch" and "true patch" have been mathematically defined so that herbicide can be efficiently applied; 7 simulation validates that initial configurations of weed will affect dispersal of its population and strategies of controlling it, or its distribution patterns affect its dispersal progresses.

结果表明，岩溶作用使土壤中易移动性组分淋溶，Ca~（2＋）、HCO_3~－的淋出动态表现为开始的快速下降和随之的平衡两个淋出阶段，淋出量与土壤中水溶性Ca、可氧化有机质的含量有关。土壤对HCO_3~－的淋出与排释有促进作用。

Several anti-tumor cell lines and carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ model were established. More than 10000 compounds and extracts from plants were screened using these models and about 10 compounds showed strong inhibitory activities. Two species of plants Inula helianthus-aquatica and Saussurea deltoidea were chosen to investigate chemical and bioactivity constituents based on the results of screening of extracts and fractions. 58 compounds were isolated and identified from these two plants, 6 compounds were found to be new and 14 compounds showed anti-tumor activities. We also studied the anti-tumor mechanism of the compound bigelovin isolated from Inula helianthus-aquatica. Bigelovin was found with apoptotic activity against cell line U266 by lowering the amount of important transcription factor E2F-1 which inhibits the cell cycle at G0/G1 stage. Docking study on 7 natural new phenolic inhibitors of CA Ⅱ and 3D-QSAR study on 61 sulfonamide inhibitors of CA Ⅱwere also investigated. The calculated results were in good correlation with experimental results.

基于以上两种重要疾病和研究组方向，本论文工作开展了多个肿瘤细胞株和碳酸酐酶Ⅱ靶标模型的建立和筛选工作，累计筛选1万多个/次样品，发现10余个活性较强化合物；从粗提取物筛选结果中选取两种抗肿瘤活性强的菊科植物水朝阳旋覆花(Inula helianthus-aquatica)和三角叶凤毛菊进行了系统化学和活性成分研究，分离鉴定了58个化合物，发现6个新化合物和14个抗肿瘤活性化合物；通过合作对水朝阳旋覆花中活性较强的bigelovin进行了抗肿瘤作用机制研究，发现它可能是通过降低G2期重要的转录因子E2F-1，致使细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期，引起多发性骨髓瘤U266细胞凋亡；开展了7个新的天然酚类CAⅡ抑制剂的对接研究和61个合成的系列磺酰胺类CAⅡ抑制剂的3D-QSAR分析，结果表明计算与实验一致。
