Firstly, take polyester short fiber, nylon short fiber and cotton powder short fiber for examples, a study was made on the influence of content and kind of short fibers on physical and heat aging properties of short fiber-CR composites. The experiment results showed that the rigidity of the composite increased as the content of the fiber increased, and the tear strength, the modulus at 20% in L direction also increased; thereinto, the reinforcement effect of nylon short fiber was the best, and the cotton powder short fiber was the worst.

Per urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma in patients. Methods:Urinary Fn was detected by ELISA technique in 30 cases with upper urinary tract TCC, 24 cases with other urogenital diseases and 19 healthy subjects. Meanwhile the analysis for creatin in urine was carried out and the Fn/Cr ratio was calculated. The discrepancy of urinary Fn/Cr among three groups and tumor grades and stages was analized as well. Sensitivity and specificity of the urinary Fn/Cr were compared with that of the urinary cytology.

In chapter three the performance and structure of components of oxygen probe were especially investigated. The Cr-Cr〓O〓 powder was overcome by treatments. The reason of occurrence of thermal peaks on the EMF curves was explained. A water glass based cement which high temperature insulation was around 10MΩ within 10 seconds at 1600℃ was developed for the use of oxygen probe. The effects of tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode on response time and thermal equilibrium in oxygen probe were investigated. The optimum tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode addition were determined. It is found that the heat transfer in oxygen galvanic cell is the rate limiting-step in the response process. The national oxygen probe WOS Ⅱ type was designed and manufactured. By three batches of industrial tests its specification reached the level of American Celox Ⅱ type oxygen probe.

After dissolution, the Cr in samples was oxidized to Cr with KMnO4.Fe(superscript 3+) and Cu(superscript 2+) were masked with NH4HF2 and thiourea, respectively. In acid solution at pH 3.0-4.0, the I2 generated from the reaction of Cr and KI could form high-sensitivity blue complex with starch. The absorbance was measured spectrophotometrically at 590 nm.
