It was found that La〓 does not affect the binding affinity between calmodulin and Polistes Mastoparan, a known calmodulin binding peptide, neither the conformation of the ternary complex. Excessive amount of La〓 result in the decrease of the binding constant and the disrupted conformation. The binding affinity of La〓 to calmodulin increased in the ternary complex (La〓-CaM-Mas/Mas X), which suggested the coordination between the two global domains. The binding priority between the two global domains is also changed: La〓 more is likely to bind to the C-terminal of calmodulin than to N-terminal, thus facilitates the binding of Mas/Mas X to the C-terminal of calmodulin as the first step of the Mas/Mas X binding.

In this paper, twenty novel meso-substituted porphyrins of four series were designed and synthesized by increasing the conjugation of porphyrins or introducing substituents with high fluorescence quantum yield into the meso-position of porphine, and then red OLEDs were fabricated by doping porphyrins into a suitable host using ten porphyrins compounds and their electrolumin -escence properties were tested. The main contents and results were generalized as follows:Three meso-tetrakisporphyrins 4a-c and three conjugations of porphine-triarylamine linked by styrene 10a-c were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, MS, UV-vis spectra and fluorescence emission spectra.

Objective To study the statement of immunoreaction of c Jun and functional recovery of spinal cord injury in rats after fetal spinal cord transplantation.Methods Experimental rats were divided into two groups:spinal cord hemisection injury combination with transplants of FSC to injured site group,and spinal cord injury that received gelfoam pledgets group.On the lst,3th,7th,14th and 28th day after operation,6 animals in each group at each time phase,were observed for their function recovery with the methods of praxiology and electro physiological examination,the animals were then sacrificed for the observation of the statement of c Jun reaction by immnochemistry method and computer image analysis system was used for quantitative analysis.
