Part II The experiment study on anti-tumour effect of dendritic cells derived from peripheral blood monocyte of patients with oral cancer after pulsed by tumour antigen in different ways. Collected 50ml peripheral blood from each patients and volunteers to induced DC in vitro. We parted the test group and control group into three subgroups respectively, untreated group A, freezed and thawn group B, RNA transfected group C. To group A, after induced DCs for five days , we added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group B, we added protein antigen (DC/ tumor cells = 1 : 1 ,each hole) for 4h at 5d, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group C, transfected immature DC with tumor cell RNA(DC:RNA=1×105/ml: 5ug)at 5d, operated completely with the specification of invitrogen DMRIE-C reagents. After transfection we replaced transfection agent with complete medium, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on.

The results indicates, with the same level of other parameters, the TN removal can reach 80.0% and 70.9% with the control of dissolved oxygen under the levels of 0.3-0.6mg/l and 0.6-0.9mg/l, respectively; the TN removal upgrades from 80%, 83% to 84.1% with the decrease of sludge load in the system from 0.1, 0.07, to 0.05gCOD/gMLSS·d; the nitrogen removal only reaches 58% when C/N is 4, but can reach more than 80% when C/N is at or over 7, which indicates that the TN removal increases when higher C/N ratio; when HRT increases from 12h, 18h to 24h, the TN removal also increases from 78.6%, 82.0% to 83.0%; the TN removal average in the system increases from 75.6%, 78.5% to 83.0% with the increase of sludge age from 18d, 20d to 24d; the low oxygen conditions in the modified Orbal oxidation ditch model do not decrease the effect of COD removal, and the dissolved oxygen gradient with the distribution of 0-2-1mg/l in the system ensures the COD removal reaching the range of 80%-86%; and the phosphate removal, however, is not good enough, which varies from 40% to 50%, even lower than 35% in occasional situations, and the phosphate concentration in the outflow varies in the range of 1.28-2.38mg/l, which dissatisfies the discharge standard with the level of 1.0mg/l.

When we used those two multivariate statistic analytical techniques to study the spatio-temporal variation laws of benthic community structure at Shenzhen Bay, the results indicated that: 1 There was not obverse difference in intertidal benthic community structure between Futian, Shenzhen and MaPi, HongKong in Shenzhen Bay in Spring, 2000. However, there was continual gradient change in community structure from outer bay to inner bay. 2 There was obvious deference with the respect of benthic community structure between station C and stations Al, A2, A3 in transect A and station B in transect CBA in Shenzhen Bay. There being no benthos at station C in Summary, 2000, it indicated that station C had been polluted very heavily. 3 Deferent seasons and deferent tide sites are the most two important factors which play influence on benthic community structure at stations Al, A2, A3 and B3 in Shenzhen Bay.
