Based on the analysis of the process of free orthogonal metal cutting, the theory of elastic-plastic distortion and temperature field was discussed. Yield rule, intensify rule, fluxion rule, types of contact and diathermanous model of metal cutting were also analyzed detailedly. The FEA model of stress field and temperature field of free orthogonal metal cutting were established by the fundamental idea of FEA. State nonlinear, material nonlinear and geometry nonlinear thermal-stress coupling were analyzed by FEA technology. The separate criterion of chip and dispose of contact types were research emphatically.

本文在直角自由切削过程分析的基础上，讨论了金属切削过程中的弹塑性变形理论和温度场理论，详细分析了屈服准则、强化准则、流动准则、金属切削传热模型、接触类型等问题，并利用有限元的基本思想，建立了直角自由切削应力场和温度场的有限元模型，进行了状态非线性、材料非线性和几何非线性的热力耦合分析，重点研究了切屑分离标准的确定、表面接触类型的处理等问题。

ANSYS is a finite element simulation software used to simulate the temperature field in selective laser sintering.By using the ANSYS parameter design language,the density of the thermal flow,the velocity and the path of scanning can be controlled.The effect of the scanning path on the temperature field in the SLS process is studied. Balling,which occurs at the end of the scanning line,is caused by the dissymmetric temperature field and the great temperature gradient.

During using anaerobic fermentation slurry as insecticide, there had many problems that are random using, non-strictly prevention and curing time, non-suitable temperature and consistency mixture ratio ctc. In this research, fristly the different mixtures are made according to the different ratio of slurry to additive. Then the insecticidal effects of the mixture are tested in different conditions so as to find the good matches of slurry and additive in laboratory. According to the up result of the good matches extents of mixture, the field experiment is made to test the mixture's insecticidal chraricter and is further found new dosage form which has many good indexes such as good insecticidal effectiveness, little additive dosis ctc. So as to looking for the dosage form's synergism, the significant analysis is done and the characters of the dosages are tested which are ecological and environmental and the new types of dosage are determined. At last, for proving the dosage's field insecticidal potency, the wide field area experiments are done and four new style dosages are triturated which adapt ecological agriculture development. Aadditionally the effective period of the mixtures are tested when other experiments are done.

本文针对厌氧发酵液作为杀虫剂施用时，随用即配和无严格的增效剂种类、喷施时间及温度、浓度配比等现象，首先对各添加剂与厌氧发酵液配成的不同浓度的混和剂在不同条件下进行实验室测试，确定杀虫率高的浓度范围，进一步细化各混和剂浓度范围作田间试验，选出杀虫效果好，添加剂量少等各项指标都好的剂型并进行显著测定，确定出各剂型的增效情况；然后对选出的剂型进行生态和环保特性测定，以便确定新剂型，最后对选定剂型作大区试验来验证田间杀虫药效，最终研制出了4种适合生态农业发展的新型无污染药肥，并对选出的混合剂进行了有效期实验测定。

Field experiments were conducted to examine integrated inhibition of allelopathic rice (Huakangcao 78), bensulfuron methyl application and water management on weeds in paddy field, with the purposes of attempting to reduce the dosage of herbicide applied in rice field and exploring new ways of weed management in rice production. The results showed that allelopathic rice could inhibit the germination and growth of barnyardgrass Echinochloa crusgalli L.

objective:to approach the immunity status of pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia.method:120 paediatric cases,suffering from lobular pneumonia by pulse magnetic field treatment,admitted by our department during the period of january 2008 and october 2008,designing observation group;120 cases,which were health check-up the same term,designing control group.observation group were picked blood 2ml before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks;control group was picked blood 2ml during health check-up.blood serum was separated and immunoglobulin was inspected by immunity nephelometry and immunity function were analyzed.results: iga igm igg value in 120 cases observation group was lower than of the control group and iga igm igg value was obviously heightener after treatment.the difference between the two cases was significant in statistics（p.05）.conclusion: pulse magnetic field treatment on treating paediatric lobular pneumonia improve immunity function,boost up resistance of paediatric cases.

目的：探讨脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎前后体液免疫功能状况。方法：我科于2008年1月~2008年10月收治的部分支气管肺炎患儿采用脉冲磁疗治疗120例，设为观察组；同期门诊健康体检儿童120例，设为对照组，观察组于治疗前及治疗后4周分别采血2ml，对照组于体检时采血2ml，分离血清用免疫比浊法进行免疫球蛋白检测，并对治疗前后患儿的体液免疫功能进行分析研究。结果：120例观察组患儿治疗前iga igm igg值均低于正常对照组，且观察组治疗后iga igm igg值均较治疗前明显增高，且经统计学处理差异均有显著性（p.05）。结论：脉冲磁疗治疗小儿支气管肺炎改善了患儿的体液免疫功能，从根本上增强了抗病能力。
