I've been in Bahrain since Monday, chilling out and training. I like the country and have had fun: on Tuesday I took the race team out to dinner at a restaurant called "The Meat Company"(no prizes for guessing what was on the menu); on Wednesday I ran the track with my trainer Oli and on Thursday I did a piece to camera with German broadcaster RTL in the oldest souq in Manama. It involved me drinking a lot of sweet tea and looking at gold jewellery!
