In the second chapter, sequences from the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene were determined for 25 species from the Acrididae and the homologous sequences of 19 species of grasshoppers were downloaded from GenBank. Phylogeny was reconstructed by MP and Bayesian criteria using Yunnanites coriacea and Tagasta marginella as outgroup.

Salmonella serotype Agona, and Salmonella serotype Anatum, in both kinds of specimens except high detectable rate of Salmonella serotype Typhi in clinical specimens. Group B of Shigella was the most and Group D took second place. While S. flexneri 2a was detected mostly and 2b was the second.

Because of sharing characteristics with both Galliform groups, Tragopans are classified as partridges by some authors and pheasants by some others. In this study we set out to sequence the cytochrome b-gene of 19 species pheasants. and took the sequence for those 22 species from GenBank. We amplified 828 base pairs using the PCR technique. Primers designed by ourselves were based upon Galliform sequence data. Neighbor-joining method and Minimum evolution method were used to analyse cytochrome b sequences with Anhima cornuta and Kachuga dhongoka as outgroups.

Methods: Diabetic nephropathy rats induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ were randomized into PN model group, n=10, Vitamin B6 group (group B, n=10) and aminoguanidine group (group A, n=10), contrasted to anormal control group (group C, n=10). Aminoguqnidine and VitB6 with 1 g dissolved in 1 L distilled water were given to group A and B, while group C and D only had 1 L disstided water. All groups drunk water freely after 24 hours.
