Multiple wavelengths characteristics of dayside aurora activities were investigated with these keograms and in reference to all-sky images. It was found that there are three repeatedly appearing aurora activity regions along the dayside aurora oval. They are, Region A around 0900MLT in which aurora moves poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its form changingfrom arc to corona with time; Region B around 1330MLT in which aurora moves equatorward while its intensity increasing, and its form changing from corona to arc in time; Region C around 1330MLT in which aurora expands poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its forma evolving from arc to multiple arcs in time. There is a narrow belt of aurora activity in North-South direction between Regions A and B, which is dominated by weak and red corona aurora.

It is found that there is a mineral association, micro-crystal muscovite and phengite, in this deposit. The mineral assemblage contains about 80% micro-crystal muscovite and about 20% phengite. Their crystallinity is very high and their polytype is 2M1. Both of them are dioctahedral because the d and b of micro-crystal muscovite and phengite are 0.1502 nm, 0.9012 nm and 0.1505 nm, 0.9030 nm, respectively. For their d and b are larger than those of common muscovite, the reason why Fe(superscript 2+)+Fe(superscript 3+) and Mg(superscript 2+) are high in the ore is that Al(superscript 3+) in the octahedron is replaced by Fe(superscript 2+)+Fe(superscript 3+) and Mg(superscript 2+), and this is a phengite series mineral association formed through isomorphic replacement.

Pyronine B adheres to on the surface of CdS and prevents CdS aggregating, which leads to the decrease of fluorescence quantum yield of CdS. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer happens from CdS to Rhodamine B, Butyl rhodamine B and Rhodamine 6G, respectively. There is a higher FRET efficiency between CdS and Neutral red with the value being 0.282. Moreover, coupling reaction between -NH_2 of Neutral red and -COOH of CdS -TGA leads to red shift of CdS fluorescence spectrum. The reaction also occurs between Safranine T and CdS. At the same time, the Fluorescence of ST is quenched by forming ST -CdS ground state complex. Chapter 6, CdS QDs modified by chitosan and polyethyleneimine can be quenched by Cu~(2+). According to the experimental result, we develop the novel sensor for Cu~(2+).
