Atmospheric precipitation

Using successive regression and GIS technique, the regression equations of the precipitation and the topographical data in the upper-middle reaches of Yangtze River are established based on the 10 years daily、 mensal and annual precipitation of 613 meteorological stations, from 1992 to 2001. The topographical data include the elevation, aspect and slope form DEM of 4km resolution.

本文首先利用逐步回归和地理信息技术，最新的长江中上游613个气象站，1992～2001年10年降水资料，建立了日、月、年降水与4km分辨率的DEM高程、坡向、坡度等地形数据的回归方程，将降水量中地形影响部分分离出来。

春季气候干燥，降水量少，常有5、6级偏北风或偏南风，4月份气温回升快；夏季，受海洋温湿气流影响，6、7、8三个月降水占全年降水量的63%-70%；秋季，受蒙古高压影响，晴朗少雨，温度适中，气候宜人，深秋多东北风，有寒潮天气发生；冬季，受西伯利亚冷高压的影响，盛行西北风，气候寒冷干燥，天气晴朗少云，降水少。

Based on the monthly precipitation data of thirteen meteorological stations in Tianjin in recent 50 years,using regression analysis,trend analysis and five-year moving average method,the change characteristics of precipitation were analyzed.

The features of lowfrequency fluctuation are analyzed by the noninteger technique of power spectrum. The relation between lowfrequency fluctuation and El Nino and precipitation in rainy reason of Yunnan Province are studied.

应用主分量方法分析了云南省84站1991～2000年雨季(5～10月)逐候降水量的主要时空特征，并用非整波技术分析了所提取的第1，第2主分量频谱分布的低频振荡特点，同时分析了低频振荡现象与El Nino事件及云南雨季降水多，少之间的关系。

结果表明，重庆市夏季气温及降水变化具有明显的阶段性，且降水变化较气温更复杂；重庆市夏季平均气温变化以3年周期振动最强，而降水变化则以10年周期振动最强。

Based on analyzing the causes of flood and the relationship between variation rate of sunspot and precipitation, the point of view of energy variation continuity is put forward, and it is used to analyze the energy process related to precipitation.

结果表明：Cu-Al-X系形状记忆合金中，Mn和Ti的加入细化了组织，并且形成了富Mn和富Ti相，起到沉淀强化和弥散强化的作用；对于同一种变形量，合金在母相时效时，形状记忆效应随时效保温时间呈现规律性变化，不同时效温度下，合金对应一个不同的时效时间，此时合金的显微组织呈现最佳自协作状态，马氏体板条细密有序，富Ti和Al相均匀的弥散在组织中，合金中没有或很少有共析相出现，且随着时效时间的延长，在不同的特定温度下，Cu-24Al-3Mn-2Ti合金的组织会有规律性的变化。
